Դերասանուհի Ժաննա Վելիցյանն այս շրջանում նկարահանվում է «Hotel Grand» բազմասերիանոց ֆիլմում՝ մարմնավորելով Սառային: Դերասանուհին Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում պատմել է տևական դադարի, համարձակ տեսարանների և արտաքին փոփոխությունների մասին: 

Դերասանուհին տևական ժամանակ է ինչ չէր նկարահանվում նախագծերում և նշում է, որ իր համար կարևոր է ունենալ ամբողջական սցենարն ու հասկանալ՝ ինչ պատմություն ունի հերոսը:

«Ինձ համար կարևոր է մարմնավորել կերպարներ, որոնք ունեն բնավորության ընդգծված գծեր և ես կկարողանամ ամբողջական տեսնել հերոսուհու պատմությունը և այս կետերով էլ պայմանավորված չեն եղել առաջարկներ, որոնք ինձ կգրավեին, բայց Իննայից ստացա առաջարկը, ծանոթացա կերպարին ու հասկացա, որ կարող եմ մարմնավորել Սառային»,- ասաց դերասանուհին և հավելեց, որ կերպարին տվել են հետաքրքիր էլեմենտներ. «Էթիկետի կանոնները դիտարկելով՝ արգելվում է, որ հյուրանոցի հյուրընկալն ունենա վառ շրթներկ, վառ սանրվածք, բայց մենք որոշեցինք, որ այս մոտեցումը հետաքրքիր է, գրավիչ ու հաճախ օգտագործել ենք վառ շրթներկ ու տարբերվող սանրվածքներ, որով էլ ընդգծել ենք հերոսի աչքի ընկնելու ցանկությունը»:

Ժաննան այս նախագծում մարմնավորում է հերոսուհու, որը ձգտում է գտնել կայացած տղամարդու, ճամփորդել նրա հետ և ունենալ բարեկեցիկ կյանք:

«Ես ևս տարբեր աղջիկներից լսել եմ, որ նրանք ուզում են հարուստ կողակից և բարեկեցիկ կյանք, ոչ մի բացասական բան չտեսնելով այդ ամենում՝ հենց սա էլ եղել է առաջնահերթություն, որ իրականում ևս կան նման աղջիկներ, որոնց համար հարուստ կողակիցն առաջնահերթություն է: Չեմ ունեցել մտավախություն, որ կասոցացվեմ կերպարի հետ, քանի որ դա կերպար է և առնչություն չունի իրական Ժաննայի հետ»,- նշեց նա: 

Ժաննա Վելիցյանն այն դերասանուհիներից է, որ նկարահանվել է համարձակ դերերում և նշեց, որ ամեն բան կախված է ռեժիսորից, սցենարից և տեսարանից:

«Ես դերասանուհի եմ և դա իմ մասնագիտությունն է, երբ մենք սիրո մասին ենք խոսում բնական է, որ պետք է լինեն համբույրի տեսարաններ, երբեմն անկողնային և պետք է նշեմ, որ ամեն բան կախված է ռեժիսորից և սցենարից: Մհեր Մկրտչյանի «Իշխանություն» ֆիլմի պարագայում, երբ գնում էի քասթինգի գիտեի, որ հերոսուհին ունի բաց տեսարաններ, համբույրի տեսարան, բայց առաջնահերթություն էր նրա հետ աշխատելն ու ֆիլմում խաղալը և ես համաձայնվեցի»,- ասաց Ժաննան:

Դերասանուհին եթերում լինելուց ի վեր չի իրականացրել արտաքին փոփոխություններ, բայց ուսանողական տարիներին ունեցել է կոմպլեքներ:

«Երբ ուսանող էի ես ունեի կոմպլեքս, երբ մտածում էի՝ քիթս չի համապատասխանում ստանդարտներին և ես երբեք չեմ դառնա դերասանուհի, չեմ ներառվի ֆիլմերում, թատրոնում, բայց ժամանակի ընթացքում հասկացա, որ դերասանի համար իր զենքը դեմքն է, որը պետք է տարբերվի մյուսներից: Որոշակի էսթետիկ միջամտություններից հետո, դու չես կարող ակտիվ դիմախաղ ցույց տալ, ինձ նաև դուր չի գալիս այդ միանման ատամնաշարն ու այպես շարունակ և կողմ եմ եթերում լինել այնպիսին ինչպիսին կամ»,- ասաց նա:
