Ապրիլի 23-ին ադրբեջանական կողմն Արցախ-Հայաստան սահմանագծին գտնվող Հակարիի կամուրջը զավթելուց հետո մաքսակետեր է տեղադրել։ Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող այս գործողությունների արդյունքում Արցախի Հանրապետության Լիսագոր, Մեծ Շեն, Հին Շեն գյուղերը և Եղցահող համայնքն իր գյուղերով գտնվում են տոտալ շրջափակման մեջ, կտրվել է կապը՝ ինչպես  Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ՝ Արցախի հետ։

168.am–ի հետ զրույցում Եղցահողի համայնքապետ Արտակ Հակոբյանն ասաց, որ ապրիլի 23-ից հետո դեռևս խնդիրներ չկան, մասնավորապես՝ սննդի հետ կապված։

«Անասնակերի հետ կապված խնդիրներ են առաջացել, անասնակերը սպառված է, նկատի ունեմ խոզի կերը, սակայն այդ հարցը պետնախարարի մակարդակով բարձրացված է, հուսանք՝ վաղը կլուծվի։ Մանկական կեր չկար, Կարմիր խաչի միջոցով այն հասցվեց գյուղ։ Պայմանավորվել ենք նաև, որ վաղը պետք է Կարմիր խաչից գան գյուղ, քննարկենք, որպեսզի ամենանհրաժեշտ սնունդը կարողանան հասցնել Եղցահող համայնք»,- նշեց Արտակ Հակոբյանը։

Ըստ գյուղապետի, Եղցահողն ունի նույն խնդիրները, ինչ Արցախի մյուս բնակավայրերը, և շրջափակումը սկսվել է ոչ թե ապրիլի 23-ից, այլ նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 12-ից։

«Ամբողջ Արցախն այսքան ժամանակ դիմացել է, բնականաբար, մենք էլ ենք դիմանալու։ Հուսամ, ռուս խաղաղապահներն ինչ-որ քայլ կձեռնարկեն և այդ մաքսակետերը կապամոնտաժեն»,- շեշտեց նա։

Միաժամանակ նա ընդգծեց, որ այս պահին տոտալ շրջափակման մեջ են ոչ թե չորս գյուղ, այլ վեց՝ Լիսագոր, Մեծ Շեն, Հին Շեն գյուղերը և Եղցահող համայնքը՝ Տասը Վերստ, Կանաչ Թալա գյուղերով։

«Այս վեց գյուղերի բնակիչներն ապրիլի 23-ից սկսած որևէ կերպ չեն կարողացել հասնել Գորիս՝ իրենց որևէ խնդիր լուծելու համար, հարցերը շտկված չեն, բնակիչները չեն էլ փորձել գնալ»,- եզրափակեց Արտակ Հակոբյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 25-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը, հերթական անգամ ոտնահարելով 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ստանձնած պարտավորությունները, Շուշի-Լիսագոր հատվածում խախտել էին նույն փաստաթղթով ամրագրված շփման գիծը և որոշակի դիրքային առաջխաղացում ապահովել Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքում: Արդեն մարտի 30-ին առաջխաղացում էին ապահովել նաև Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ համայնքում, որտեղ ադրբեջանական ԶՈւ ներկայացուցիչները դիրքավորվել են Տեղի բնակիչներին պատկանող դաշտերում։ Նույն այդ հատվածում էլ ապրիլի 11-ին կրակ էին բացել հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ, որի արդյունքում հայկական կողմն ունեցավ 4 զոհ, 6 վիրավոր։

Հիշեցնենք նաև՝ դեկտեմբերի 12-ին, ժամը 10։30-ի սահմաններում ադրբեջանական կողմը խախտելով 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթները, բնապահպանական պատճառաբանություններով փակել է Արցախն աշխարհին կապող կյանքի միակ ճանապարհը՝ ոտնահարելով քաղաքացիական բնակչության կենսական շահերն ու իրավունքները:
