Վարչապետ Փաշինյանն ու Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարարը քննարկել են Լաչինի միջանցքում ստեղծված իրավիճակը

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կատրին Կոլոննայի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:
Վարչապետը ողջունել է Ֆրանսիաի ԱԳ նախարարի այցը Հայաստան և ընդգծել մեր երկրի հատուկ վերաբերմունքն ու ուշադրությունը Հայաստան-Ֆրանսիա հարաբերությունների նկատմամբ: «Ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ շատ ուրախ եմ այն դինամիկայի համար, որ ունենք մեր հարաբերություններում: Ոչ միայն այդ հարաբերությունները բարձր մակարդակի վրա են, այլ նաև կարծում եմ՝ պոտենցիալ ունենք զարգացնելու: Ուզում եմ հատուկ շնորհակալություն հայտնել Ֆրանսիայի նախագահին, Ձեզ, կառավարությանն այն ուշադրության համար, որ հատկացվում է մեր տարածաշրջանի խնդիրներին, մասնավորապես, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ առկա ճգնաժամին: Կրկին ողջունում եմ Ձեզ և ուրախ կլինեմ լսել Ձեր գնահատականները, տպավորություններն այցի և մեր տարածաշրջանի վիճակի մասին»,- նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Իր հերթին, Կատրին Կոլոննան շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հյուրընկալելու համար և հավելել. «Առաջին անգամ եմ Ձեր երկիր այցելում, և առանց հետաձգելու փոխանցում եմ նախագահի բարեկամական ողջույնները Ձեզ: Գիտեք, որ Ֆրանսիան Հայաստանի բարեկամն է, Հայաստանի կողքին է, և այս երկրի հետ մեզ շատ բաներ են կապում: Բայց ցանկանում եմ անձամբ ևս մեկ անգամ ասել՝ մենք Ձեր կողքին ենք այն բարեփոխումների, ջանքերի, աշխատանքի ժամանակ, որ վարում եք, նաև Ձեր կողքին ենք արդար և կայուն խաղաղության որոնումներում»:
Քննարկվել են Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև տարբեր ոլորտներում համագործակցության հետագա զարգացմանն ու ամրապնդմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետևանքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում առկա հումանիտար ճգնաժամին, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությանը:
Զրուցակիցներն ընդգծել են Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի կայացրած որոշման անհապաղ իրականացման և Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի ապաշրջափակման անհրաժեշտությունը: Անթույլատրելի է համարվել Ադրբեջանի կողմից միակողմանի գործողությունները, այդ թվում՝ Լաչինի միջանցքում անցակետի տեղադրումը, ինչը 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության կոպիտ խախտում է:
Մտքեր են փոխանակվել նաև Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը վերաբերող հարցերի շուրջ:
Տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության և կայունության ապահովման համատեքստում կարևորվել է Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության դիտորդական առաքելության արդյունավետ գործունեությունը:
