Մարտակերտ քաղաքի բնակիչ Ա. Մ.-ն 2023 թվականի մարտի 22-ին իրացնելու նպատակով Ս. Ա.-ից  ձեռք է բերել վերջինիս կողմից նույն օրը ԱՀ գյուղի և գյուղատնտեսության աջակցության հիմնադրամից փոխառությամբ ստացված, պահեստային պայմաններում երկար պահպանելու նպատակով քիմիական նյութերով հատուկ մշակման ենթարկված, մարդու օրգանիզմ ներթափանցման դեպքում կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավորություն ունեցող, սպառողների կյանքի կամ առողջության անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող՝ 4000 կգ կարտոֆիլի սերմացու, որից 451 կիլոգրամը իրեն պատկանող առևտրի սրահում վաճառել է քաղաքացիներին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Արցախի դատախազությունից։

Վաճառված կարտոֆիլ օգտագործած քաղաքացիներ Ա.Ս.-ն և Պ.Հ-ն  25.03.2023թ. ժամը 10:00-ին սննդային թունավորում ախտորոշմամբ դիմել են ԱՀ առողջապահության նախարարության ,,Ռ. Բազիյանի անվան Մարտակերտի շրջանային բուժմիավորում,,:

Փաստի առթիվ 22.04.2023թ. ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 290-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով /Անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող ապրանքներ թողարկելը կամ իրացնելը, աշխատանքներ կատարելը կամ ծառայություններ մատուցելը/  հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Գործի մինչդատական քրեական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողությունը և դատավարական ղեկավարումն իրականացնում է Մարտակերտի շրջանի դատախազությունը:
