Վերահաստատում ենք Լաչինի միջանցքը վերաբացելու կոչը․ ԵԽԽՎ համազեկուցողներ

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի (ԵԽԽՎ) Ադրբեջանի մոնիտորինգի համազեկուցողներ Իեն Լիդել-Գրենջերը (Միացյալ Թագավորություն) և Լիզ Քրիստոֆերսենը (Նորվեգիա) և Հայաստանի մոնիտորինգի համազեկուցողներ Կիմմո Կիլյունենը (Ֆինլանդիա) և Բորիանա Աբերգը (Շվեդիա) հանդես են եկել հետևյալ հայտարարությամբ.
«Վերահաստատում ենք 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 16-ին հրապարակված՝ Լաչինի միջանցքով ազատ տեղաշարժի վերականգնման մեր կոչն ու հիշեցնում Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի 2022 թ. դեկտեմբերի 21-ի որոշումը՝ համաձայն Դատարանի կանոնակարգի 39-րդ կանոնի, և հրամանը, ինչպես նաև Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի կողմից 2023 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ին ընդունված որոշումը: Վերջինս նշում է, որ «Ադրբեջանը պետք է […] ձեռնարկի իր տրամադրության տակ եղած բոլոր միջոցները՝ ապահովելու մարդկանց, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և բեռների անարգել տեղաշարժը Լաչինի միջանցքի երկու ուղղությամբ։
Նշենք, որ Հայաստանը նշել է, որ դիմելու է Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարան՝ ապրիլի 23-ին Լաչինի միջանցքի երկայնքով անցակետի տեղադրման հարցով։
Կոչ ենք անում Ադրբեջանին և Հայաստանին ձեռնպահ մնալ ցանկացած միակողմանի քայլերից, որոնք կարող են ավելի բարդացնել ԵՄ-ի կողմից ամենաբարձր մակարդակով աջակցվող բանակցային ջանքերն ու Հայաստանում ԵՄ առաքելության ներկայությունը։ Կոչ ենք անում ակտիվացնել սահմանային հարցերի շուրջ բանակցությունները և բոլոր վեճերը լուծել խաղաղ ճանապարհով»։
Հայտարարության մեջ նաև նշվում է, որ ԵԽԽՎ զեկուցող Փոլ Գավանը (Իռլանդիա) փորձել է մուտք գործել Լաչինի միջանցք՝ տեղում ծանոթանալու իրավիճակին:
