ՄԻՊ-ը ԱՄՆ դեսպանին ներկայացրել է ՀՀ-ում կալանավորված ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողներին իր այցի մանրամասները

Այսօր ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանն ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Քրիստինա Քվինին:

Հանդիպման սկզբում դեսպան Քրիստինա Քվինը շնորհավորել է տիկին Մանասյանին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի առաքելության ստանձման կապակցությամբ և բարձր գնահատել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի դերը Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և խթանման գործում։ Տեղեկանում ենք ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից։ 

Պաշտպանը տիկին Քվինին ներկայացրել է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի մանդատը, մատնանշել իր գործունեության առաջնահերթությունները, որոնք ի թիվս այլնի ներառում են պայքարը ատելության խոսքի ու խտրականության դեմ, խաղաղ հավաքների ազատության իրավունքի երաշխավորումը, անհամաչափ ուժի կիրառման բացառումը ու կանանց համար արդարադատության մատչելիության ապահովումը։

Տիկին Մանասյանն իր խոսքում անդրադարձել է նաև ս.թ. ապրիլի 14-ին Սյունիքի մարզ կատարած այցի արդյունքներին, բարձրաձայնել ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի գործողությունների արդյունքում սահմանային բնակավայրերի բնակչության կյանքի և անվտանգության, սեփականության, ֆիզիկական ու հոգեկան անձեռնմխելիության, երեխաների կրթության իրավունքների խախտումների մասին։

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը դեսպանի ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակման արդյունքում Արցախում բնակվող անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության խնդրի հրատապությանը և կարևորել մարդու իրավունքներին վերաբերելի խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ շուտափույթ քայլերի ձեռնարկման անհրաժեշտությունը։ Տիկին Մանասյանն ընդգծել է նաև պատերազմական հանցագործությունների փաստերի ամրագրման և մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային մանդատ ունեցող կազմակերպություններին ու դերակատարներին ներկայացման հարցում հաստատության կատարած աշխատանքները։

Դեսպանին են ներկայացվել նաև Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի՝ ՀՀ-ում կալանավորված ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողներին այցի մանրամասները։

Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը վերահաստատել են մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում համագործակցելու և փոխգործակցության ոլորտներն ընդլայնելու իրենց պատրաստակամությունը։
