Այսօր՝ 2023թ. ապրիլի 25-ին, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը «Կուսակցության նախագահն ու ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենն ընտրողներին կաշառք են տվել. դատախազը գործն ուղարկել է դատարան» վերնագրով հաղորդագրություն է տարածել առ այն, թե իբրև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում քննված քրեական վարույթով հիմնավորվել է, որ Կուսակցության նախագահ Գ.Ծ.-ն և Ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ս.Ա.-ն, հանցավոր խմբի կազմում, ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ի ընտրություններին մասնակցած կուսակցությունների դաշինքի և դրա կողմից առաջադրված թեկնածուի օգտին քվեարկելու համար ընտրողներին կաշառք են տվել, 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 21-ին հսկող դատախազի կողմից հաստատված մեղադրական եզրակացությունը վարույթի նյութերի հետ հանձնվել է Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան»:
 
 
Գագիկ Կոլյայի Ծառուկյանի պաշտպանական խումբը բազմիցս հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն առնչություն չունի իրեն մեղսագրված ենթադրյալ հանցավոր արարքի կատարմանը, քրեական վարույթով ձեռք չի բերվել գեթ մեկ փաստական տվյալ, որը կհաստատի, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն առհասարակ առնչություն ունի ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ի ընտրություններին մասնակցած կուսակցությունների դաշինքի և դրա կողմից առաջադրված թեկնածուի օգտին քվեարկելու համար ընտրողներին կաշառք տալուն: Այժմ, երբ քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է դատարան, համոզված ենք, որ հրապարակային դատական լսումների ընթացքում պաշտպանության խմբի պնդումները հասու կդառնան նաև հանրության լայն շրջանակներին և կհերքվի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի օբյեկտիվ կապն իրեն մեղսագրված ենթադրյալ հանցավոր արարքի կատարման հետ:
 
Միաժամանակ, տեղեկացնում ենք, որ դեռևս նախաքննության փուլում քրեական վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը Գագիկ Կոլյայի Ծառուկյանին առաջարկել է դադարեցնել քրեական հետապնդումը՝ վաղեմության ժամկետներն անցած լինելու հիմքով, սակայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն առարկել է այդ հիմքով քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնելու դեմ, պնդել է, որ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու մասին որոշման մեջ նկարագրված ենթադրյալ հանցավոր արարքը չի կատարել և միջնորդել է քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնել՝ մեղսագրվող արարքը չկատարելու հիմքով:
