* Քո ընտրվելուց հետո Ստեփանակերտում հայտարարեցիր, թե առանց Արցախի չեմ բանակցելու, իսկ հետո ինքնորոշման իրավունքը կամաց-կամաց դուրս եկավ ձեր խոսույթից, Դուշանբեում ծախեցիր պայմանավորվածությունները, Դավոսում Ալիեւից սկսեցիր տեղեկանալ բանակցությունների մասին և այլն:
