VIDEO2021 թվականին տեղի ունացած ընտրությունների ադյունքում «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը ներկայություն է ապահովել 12 համայնքում՝ հաղթելով Նոյեմբերյանում և ստանձնելով համատեղ կառավարում Տաթևում: Այս մասին «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համագումարին հայտարարեց Արամ Մանուկյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ Նոյեմբերյան համայնքում ընտրություններից հետո ընդամենը 1 տարում կուսակցությունն իրականացրել է մեծածավալ ծրագրեր, առաջիկայում նախատեվում է վերակառուցել Նոյեմբերյանի ֆոտբոլային մարզադաշտը:
Մանուկյանը նաև խոսեց Ալավերդիում իրականացված աշխատանքներից. «Պատմական արժեքներն ընդգծելու և դրանք ավելի ներկայանալի դարձնելու ուղղությամբ ևս աշխատանքներ են տարվել: Լուսավորվել է Սանահինի քարե կամուրջը, քաղաքի սրտում ժայռին պատկերված Հովհ. Թւոմայանի խճանկարը, լվացվել և լուսավորվել է համայնքում պատմական արժեք ներկայացնող հնագույն, Սպանդարյան, Էնգելս թաղամասում գտնվող շենքերից մեկը»:
«Կատարվում է Ալվերդու բնակիչների երազանքը՝ քաղաքի խորհրդանիշը, համայնքի համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող ճոպանուղին վերադառնալու է ալավերդցիների կյանք»,- ընդգծեց Արամ Մանուկյանը:
