«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
iarex.ru-ն «Ռուսների հեռանալը Ղարաբաղից ու Հայաստանից կբերի նոր ցեղասպանության» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ նկատի ունենալով Արցախը՝ ասել, թե Ադրբեջանը ազատագրել է իր տարածքները, պատմական տեսանկյունից ճիշտ չէ։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը միշտ հայկական է եղել, նրա ավտոխրոն բնակչությունը հայեր են։ Ընդ որում, շարունակական պետական ավանդույթն այնտեղ ունի ավելի քան հազար տարվա պատմություն։ Անհիշելի ժամանակներից Նախիջևանը նույնպես հայկական տարածք է եղել։ Այս մասին iarex.ru-ին ասել է պատմաբան Վլադիմիր Ռուժանսկին։
«Ռուսաստանի դուրս գալը Ղարաբաղից և Հայաստանից կհանգեցնի Հայոց նոր ցեղասպանության։ Եվ ևս մեկ կարևոր դետալ, որի մասին մի խումբ ռուսաֆոբներ համեստորեն լռում են՝ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից ոչ միայն գազ է ստանում, այլ նաև հաց։ Եվ, բացի Ռուսաստանից, ոչ ոք չի տա գազ, հաց կամ այլ բան, այդ թվում՝ զենք։ Սա միշտ պետք է հիշել: Ես ուղղակի ուզում եմ բղավել նրանց վրա, ովքեր պաշտպանում են ռուսների հեռանալը, նայե՛ք Ուկրաինային, Վրաստանին ու Բելառուսին»,- նշել է պատմաբանը։
«Պառկելով Արևմուտքի տակ և կեղտոտելով Ռուսաստանին՝ ինչի՞ են հասել Ուկրաինան և Վրաստանը։ Պատասխանն ակնհայտ է: Եվ մենք ունենք մեկ այլ օրինակ՝ Բելառուսը։ Արդյո՞ք նա կորցրել է իր ինքնիշխանությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ սերտ դաշինքի պատճառով: Ո՛չ։ Ընդհակառակը, նա աստիճանաբար մեծացրել է իր պաշտպանունակությունը, իսկ ռուսական շուկայում մենաշնորհ ունի այնպիսի ոլորտներում, ինչպես, օրինակ՝ տրակտորների մատակարարումը, առանց որի չկա գյուղատնտեսություն։ Հիմա Վրաստանն իր համար ճիշտ հետևություններ է արել և հրաժարվել է արկածախնդիր Սահակաշվիլիի քաղաքականությունից։ Վրաստանի ներկա կառավարությունը հասկանում է, որ ԽՍՀՄ նախկին հանրապետություններից ցանկացածի համար Ռուսաստանի հետ առողջ հարաբերությունները կայունության և բարգավաճման բանալի են»,պարզաբանել է Ռուժանսկին։
Նրա խոսքով, կարելի է սիրել կամ չսիրել Ռուսաստանը, բայց ամեն դեպքում պետք է հարգանքով վերաբերվել Ռուսաստանին և նրա հետ ունենալ կառուցողական հարաբերություններ։ «Հակառակ դեպքում շատ վատ կլինի։ Զելենսկու օրինակը թույլ չի տալիս ստել: Եվ ընդհանրապես, կա՛մ հիմարները, կա՛մ տգետները, կա՛մ սրիկաները չեն կարողանում հասկանալ նման ակնհայտ բաները։ Մյուս կողմից՝ Ռուսաստանը նույնպես պետք է հասկանա, որ առանց Հայաստանի Ռուսաստանը չի կարող պահել ո՛չ Կովկասը, ո՛չ էլ Վոլգայի շրջանը։ Ռուսներին ու հայերին կապում են ոչ միայն ընդհանուր շահերը, այլ նաև պատմությունը։ Իսկ Ամերիկան հեռու է, և նա ունի իր տարբեր շահերը, այդ թվում թուրքերի հետ»,- հավելել է պատմաբանը։
