«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ստորագրել է հրամանագիր, որի համաձայն, ստեղծվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահին կից հակաճգնաժամային խորհուրդ, և հաստատվել է խորհրդի կանոնադրությունը:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այդ խորհրդում են ընդգրկված Արցախում հայտնի ակտիվիստ (այսպես կոչված՝ սորոսականների թևից) Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը (հանրության շրջանում հայտնի Գլազնիկ մականվամբ) և Հադրութի նախկին քաղաքապետ Վահան Սավադյանը, որը բավական ջերմ հարաբերությունների մեջ է հայաստանյան իշխանությունների հետ։ Թերթի արցախյան աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Հարությունյանի այս նշանակումները ուղղակիորեն եղել են Երևանից՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից, որը բավական ակտիվ ներգրավվածություն ունի Արցախի ներքաղաքական զարգացումներում, հատկապես կադրային նշանակումների հարցում։

Արցախից մեզ հայտնում են նաև, որ Փաշինյանն ամեն կերպ փորձում է Արցախում ուժերի բալանսավորում ապահովել մի կողմից՝ Սամվել Բաբայանի դեմքով, մյուս կողմից՝ նշված անձանց միջոցով։ Ի դեպ, թերթին հայտնի է դարձել նաև, որ Արցախում վերջերս «բարի ավանդույթ» է ձևավորվել, որ յուրաքանչյուր նշանակում նախ ստանում է Երևանի «դաբրոն»։ Մասնավորաբար, նման կերպ է եղել նաև Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանին պետնախարար նշանակելու հետ կապված. նրան Հարությունյանը ներկայացրել է նախ Փաշինյանին, ապա նոր ստորագրել նշանակման հրամանագիրը։ Թերթի տեղեկություններով, իրենց նշանակումից առաջ Երևանում Փաշինյանի հետ են հանդիպել նաև Տիգրան Պետրոսյանն ու Վահրամ Սավադյանը։
