«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երեկ շարունակվեց «Համախմբում» շարժման անդամ, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով դատական նիստը, որի ժամանակ հրապարակվեց այս պահին վկա Թոռնիկ Ալիյանի նախաքննական ցուցմունքը: Ուշագրավ է, որ այս անգամ նա ներկա էր և նկատողություն ստացավ նախորդ նիստին անհարգելի բացակայելու համար (հիշեցնենք՝ «մոռացել» էր, որ նիստ կա): Ինչպես արդեն քանիցս նշվել է դատաքննության ընթացքում, Ալիյանի ցուցմունքներում մեծածավալ հակասություններ կան:

Վերջինս դրանք նորից կապում էր «չհիշելու», «շոկային վիճակի» հետ: Երեկվա նիստի «հերոսը», սակայն, դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանն էր, որը մերժեց պատասխանող կողմի միջնորդությունը՝ որպես վկա հարցաքննել ՌԴ-ում բնակվող Արման Սահակյանին, որը ներկա է եղել Ավետիք Չալաբյանի և Թոռնիկ Ալիյանի  հանդիպումներին։ Դատավորի մերժմանն ի պատասխան փաստաբան Վարազդատ Հարությունյանն ասաց. «Նրան հայտնի են այդ դեպքի վերաբերյալ լայն ծավալի տեղեկություններ։ Եթե ձեր նպատակը դատական պրոցեսում իրականությունը վերհանելն է, ուրեմն ապահովեք նրա ներկայությունը։

Եթե Ձեր նպատակն այն է, որ մեր վկայակոչած վկային չհարցաքննեք՝ ենթադրելով, որ նա տալու է այնպիսի ցուցմունքներ, որոնք չեն բխելու մեղադրանքի շահերից՝ հենց էդպես էլ ասեք՝ իմանանք, ինչու եք երկար-բարակ, խուճուճ-մուճուճ հիմնավորումներ փնտրում»։ Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ անդրադառնալով գործում շրջանառվող 2 մլն դրամ գումարին՝ Չալաբյանը երեկ հերթական անգամ շեշտեց, որ ո՛չ ուղղակի, ո՛չ միջնորդավորված երբեք ոչ մեկին 2 մլն չի առաջարկել:
