«Մեծ յոթնյակի» երկրները պայմանավորվել են արագացնել էներգիայի վերականգնվող աղբյուրների զարգացումը և կոչ են արել կրճատել բնական գազի օգտագործումը, քանի որ իրենք ձգտում են արագացնել աստիճանական հրաժարումը վառելիքի հանածո տեսակներից։ Reuters-ի փոխանցմամբ, օրեր առաջ խումբը հավաքվել է Ճապոնիայում, քննարկել են էներգետիկ խնդիրները։
«Մենք կտրուկ կավելացնենք էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությունը ի հաշիվ էներգիայի վերականգնվող աղբյուրների»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ, որում անդամ երկրները պարտավորվում են արդեն 2030 թ․ ծովային քամու կայանքների հզորությունը հասցնել 150 գիգավատտի, իսկ արևային կայանքներինը՝ ավելի քան 1 տերավատտի։ G7 անդամները նաև պայմանավորվել են արագացնել «փուլային հրաժարումը վառելիքի հանածո տեսակների անընդհատ օգտագործումից»։
Առաջին հերթին «Մեծ յոթնյակի» այս որոշումն ուղղված է Ռուսաստանի դեմ։ Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի մեկնարկից ի վեր Արևմուտքը կանգնել է էներգետիկ խնդիրների առաջ։ Հանուն արդարության նշենք, որ այդ խնդիրները չունեցան այն ազդեցությունը, որ ակնկալում էր Ռուսաստանը, դա էլ ի հաշիվ արևային էներգիայի կտրուկ զարգացման։ Էներգիան և վառելիքի հանածո տեսակների առևտուրը տասնամյակներ շարունակ քաղաքական ճնշման գործիք է եղել բոլոր գերտերությունների ձեռքին։
ԱՄՆ-ը, Եվրամիությունը, Ճապոնիան հստակ գիտակցում են, որ հանածո տեսակներից կախվածության մեջ մնալը ապագայում կարող է ազդել իրենց ինքնիշխանության վրա, ուստի և արագացված տեմպերով են վերականգնվող էներգիայի արտադրությունը զարգացնում։ Դա էլ, ի դեպ, իր մեջ քաղաքական ռիսկեր է պարունակում։ Արևային վահանակների և մարտկոցների արտադրության ոլորտում մոնոպոլիստը Չինաստանն է, իսկ այդ երկիրը, ինչպես հայտնի է, Արևմուտքի համար ավելի լուրջ քաղաքական մրցակից է համարվում, քան Ռուսաստանը։ Ուստի և սարքավորումների արտադրությունն էլ նոր մարտահրավեր է դառնալու Արևմուտքի համար։
Հայաստանը, հիշեցնենք, արևային վահանակներ արտադրող մեկ ընկերություն ունի՝ «Սոլարոնը», և մեր երկիրն էլ կախված է հանածո վառելիքից, թեև, նոր իրողությունները հաշվի առնելով, հարկավոր է օր առաջ մեծացնել վերականգնվող էներգիայի ծավալները։
