Փաշինյանն իր կամակատարներով սրում է իրավիճակն Արցախում
ANALYSIS
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հստակ գիտակցում է, որ Արցախի հանրությունը չի ներելու իրեն դավաճանության համար։ Արցախից եկող վտանգը չեզոքացնելու, նաև իր լիակատար վերահսկողության տակ գցելու համար Փաշինյանն օգտագործում է մի շարք քաղաքական դեմքերի և պատահական արկածախնդիրների, նրանց միջոցով պառակտում մտցնելով արցախյան հանրության մեջ։
Այդ հարցում ՀՀ վարչախմբի պարագլխին օգում է Արցախի գործող նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, որը, սակայն, այնքան էլ վստահելի ֆիգուր չէ։ Ուստի Արցախ է գործուղվել տխրահռչակ Սամվել Բաբայանը, տեղում էլ մի քանիսն են յուղ լցնում կրակի վրա։ Արցախի նախագահը հակաճգնաժամային խորհուրդ է ստեղծել, հանդիպել այդ խորհրդի անդամներին։
Խորհուրդը համակարգում է իբր ընդդիմադիր գործիչ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը, որը քանիցս փորձել է հանրահավաքներ կազմակերպել Արցախում, սակայն ձախողվել է։ Թեև ան հանդես է գալիս ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից, մի քանի հարցազրույց և ելույթ դիտելով կարելի է հստակ նկատել՝ թե՛ Փաշինյանի, թե՛ արցախցի ավանտյուրիստի խոսույթները նույնական են, թիրախները՝ ևս։
Պետրոսյանն Արցախում նույն նարատիվներն է տանում, «նախկիններ-ներկաներ» անում, պարտության սլաքներն ուղղում Արցախի նախկին նախագահներ Արկադի Ղուկասյանի, Բակո Սահակյանի ուղղությամբ։ Գրեթե նույն թեզերի մեջ են նաև Անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար Սամվել Բաբայանի արտահայտությունները, ինչը փաստում է, որ պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատարն ու նորածիլ ընդդիմադիրը մի կենտրոնից են ուղարկվել և այժմ ուղղորդվում։
Փաշինյանը փորձում է ամրապնդել իր բազան Արցախում, իր կամակատարներին բարձր պաշտոնների նշանակել, զրկել իրական ընդդիմությանը ռեսուրսներից և քաղաքական կշռից։ Մոտ 10-12 օր առաջ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը և Ադրբեջանի օկուպացրած Հադրութի քաղաքապետ Վահան Սավադյանը ինչ-ինչ ճանապարհներով կարողացել են հայտնվել Երևանում, հանդիպել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։ Պետրոսյանը երեք խնդիր է դրել, այդ թվում՝ կադրային, և Փաշինյանը հաճույքով համաձայնվել է, նրանց հետ ուղարկել Արցախ կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներով։ Առաջիկայում ակնհայտ կդառնա թե ինչ իրական նպատակներ ունի Փաշինյանի շարասյունը Ստեփանակերտում։
