«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
pravda.ru–ն «Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը մոտեցնում է մեծ պատերազմը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ անսպասելի բան չէ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերջին հայտարարությունը՝ կապված ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման և տարածքային պահանջների հետ: Pravda.ru-ին տված հարցազրույցում այդպես է քաղաքագետ Արման Բոշյանը մեկնաբանել Հայաստանի վարչապետի՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու համար «ամեն ինչ անելու» պատրաստակամության մասին խոսքերը։ Ըստ նրա, Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը մոտեցնում է մեծ պատերազմը:
«Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը պետք է դիտարկել ոչ միայն միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչման տեսանկյունից, այլ նաև որպես ռուս խաղաղապահների մերժում»,- կարծիք է հայտնել փորձագետը։ Նա հավելել է, որ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած վերջին իրադարձությունները շատ են հիշեցնում հակառուսական հիստերիան։ «Փաստացի, Փաշինյանը Ղարաբաղը մղում է բացառապես Ռուսաստանի պատասխանատվության գոտի: Բայց պետք է հասկանալ, որ տարածաշրջանի անկախությունը ճանաչելուց հրաժարվելը, Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծելու օրինական մերժումը, ըստ էության, նշանակում է հրաժարվել Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահների մանդատից»,- նշել է վերլուծաբանը։
Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի դիտարկել քայլ խաղաղության հաստատման ուղղությամբ։ Այն ամենը, ինչ արվել է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից վերջին շրջանում, նպաստում է մեծ պատերազմի մոտենալուն։Բանն այն է, որ թույլ պետությունը, որն ի վիճակի չէ պաշտպանել իրեն, որը լքում է իր դաշնակիցներին, բնականաբար, ցանկալի թիրախ է հարձակման համար, եզրափակել է հրատարակության զրուցակիցը։
