Փաշինյանը երեկ առանց այլևայլության հայտարարեց, թե Հայաստանը լիարժեք ճանաչում է տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, ակնկալում, որ Ադրբեջանը նույնը կանի։ Ավելին, բաց տեքստով Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե Արցախը Ադրբեջան է և վերջ, նշել, որ իրենք որևէ խնդիր չեն տեսնում Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ճանաչելու, որևէ բառ այդպես էլ չի ասել Արցախի հետագա ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ, պնդել, թե իրենք առանց այլևայլության կստորագրեն խաղաղության պայմանագիրը։
Գրեթե ահաբեկելով սեփական հանրությանը՝ Փաշինյանը նույնիսկ այդ դեպքում որևէ երաշխիք չի տալիս, թե խաղաղություն կհաստատվի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, ընդհակառակը շարունակում է ահաբեկել և վախեցնել, ուղիղ ասում, թե առերեսվեք նոր իրականության հետ, կամ էլ նոր պատերազմ է լինելու, իսկ նրա բոլոր գեղեցիկ և ոչ այնքան գեղեցիկ խոսքերը վկայում են, որ գործող իշխանությունները պատրաստ են սեփական իշխանությունը երկարաձգելու համար ամենանվաստացուցիչ պայմանավորվածությունների հանգել Ադրբեջանի հետ։
Ընցմին, Փաշինյանը նույնիսկ ծաղրում է հանրությանն ու իրեն քվե տված անձանց, որ կրկին նախիրի միջից մոզու ճակատն են պաչել և 2021 թվականին գնացել և ընտրել են հենց իրեն՝ այլընտրանք չունենալով։
Նման պայմաններում բնականաբար օբյեկտիվորեն պետք է հետևեն Ադրբեջանի նախագահի խոսքերը։ Իլհամ Ալիևը հարցազրույց է տվել ադրբեջանական հեռուստաընկերությանը, հայտարարել, թե Ղարաբաղի հայերը կամ պետք է ստանան Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիություն, կամ էլ գտնեն բնակության այլ վայր։ Այստեղ լիակատար ազատություն է առաջարկում այն բոլոր ժողովրդական հիմքերը, այս հարցը պետք է լուծվի մարդու իրավունքների հիման վրա, ծաղրել է Իլհամ Ալիևն ու հայտարարել՝ «Մենք բազմիցս հայտարարել ենք, որ ոչ մի երկրի հետ չենք քննարկելու մեր ներքին գործերը, Ղարաբաղը մեր ներքին գործն է»։
