Լիտվայի Հանրապետություն պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակներում նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանն իր պաշտոնակից Գիտանաս Նաուսեդայի հետ մասնակցել է հայ-լիտվական գործարար համաժողովի պաշտոնական բացման արարողությանը, որի ընթացքում նախագահները հանդես են եկել բացման խոսքով: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք նախագահի մամուլի գրասենյակից:

Նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի ելույթը.

«Ուրախ եմ ողջունել հայ-լիտվական գործարար համաժողովի բոլոր մասնակիցներին:

Երախտագիտություն եմ հայտնում լիտվական կողմին այսօրվա միջոցառման կազմակերպման գործում ցուցաբերած աջակցության համար։

Ֆորումի նկատմամբ զանազան գործարար շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչների ցուցաբերած այսչափ հետաքրքրությունը, իսկապես քաջալերող է: Միաժամանակ, պետք է խոստովանեմ, որ հայկական կողմից ֆորումին մասնակցելու հետաքրքրությունը շատ ավելի մեծ էր: Հանձնառու եմ ապահովել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ քայլերը հաջորդ բիզնես ֆորումը Հայաստանում անցկացնելու համար։

Որպես տնտեսագետ և քաղաքական գործիչ՝ նշեմ, որ տնտեսությունը դա սեղմ քաղաքականությունն է, մինչդեռ սեղմ տնտեսությունը՝ հաջողած բիզնեսն է: Ուստի բիզնեսի հաջողությունը թե՛ տնտեսության և թե՛ քաղաքականության հաջողության վկայությունն է:

Առաջնորդվելով այս տրամաբանությամբ՝ իմ այցի ծրագրի նախագծման մեկնարկից սկսած՝ ցանկանում էի, որ այցի ընթացքում ունենանք գործարար բաղադրիչ, և ես ուրախ եմ, որ դրանում հաջողեցինք:

Հարգելի մասնակիցներ,

Եվս մեկ անգամ ողջունելով բոլորիդ՝ կոչ եմ անում օգտվել այս պատեհ առիթից՝ բացահայտելու, համախմբելու և իրագործելու ձեր հետաքրքրությունը երկու երկրների համար կարևորություն ներկայացնող բիզնեսների նկատմամբ, և լավագույնս օգտվելու Լիտվայի իշխանությունների կողմից սիրով տրամադրված այս հարթակից:

Խոսքս կավարտեմ այս նկատառումով, որ բիզնեսը ոչ թե երկարաշունչ ելույթների, այլ գործողությունների և արդյունքների մասին է, ուստի մաղթում եմ բոլորիդ արգասաբեր միջոցառում, և, հավաստիացնում, որ պատրաստակամ եմ աջակցելու ձեր բոլոր գաղափարներին և նախաձեռնություններին»:

Գործարար ֆորումի մեկնարկին նախագահներ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի և Գիտանաս Նաուսեդայի ներկայությամբ ՀՀ և ԼՀ Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարները համագործակցության և փոխըմբռնման համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել: Համաձայնագրեր և հուշագրեր են ստորագրվել նաև համաժողովի մասնակից հայ և լիտվացի գործարարների միջև:
