ԱրարատԲանկն արժանացել է «Valued Partner of EBRD» մրցանակին

ԱրարատԲանկն արժանացել է Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի «ՎԶԵԲ-ի կարևոր գործընկեր» (Valued Partner of EBRD) մրցանակին՝ ՎԶԵԲ-ի և ԱրարատԲանկի միջև երկարատև և արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար։
Ինչպես հայտնել են բանկից, Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի և ԱրարատԲանկի միջև արդյունավետ և երկարատև համագործակցությունը մեկնարկել է դեռևս 2007թ.-ին։
Համագործակցության շրջանակում շուրջ երկու տարի հատկացվել է Ինստիտուցիոնալ զարգացման ծրագրի իրականացմանը (Institutional Building Programme), որի ընթացքում ԱրարատԲանկի գրեթե բոլոր ստորաբաժանումներն անցել են համապատասխան վերապատրաստումներ, գործընթացները վերափոխվել են և համապատասխանեցվել միջազգային չափանիշներին, ներդրվել է կորպորատիվ կառավարման մշակույթ, կատարվել են բարեփոխումներ ռիսկերի կառավարման և գնահատման գործընթացներում։
«Բանկի առաջին մեծ ձեռքբերումը Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի (ՎԶԵԲ) հետ կնքված երկու պայմանագրերն էին՝ ուղղված Հայաստանում միջազգային առևտրի խթանմանը և ՓՄՁ ոլորտի ֆինանսավորմանը։ Համագործակցությունը հնարավորություն է տվել մեզ լինել հայաստանյան առաջնային բանկերի շարքում և հաճախորդներին տրամադրել եվրոպական բանկային համակարգի չափանիշներին համապատասխանող ծառայություններ»,- ասել է ԱրարատԲանկի Միջազգային գործառնությունների վարչության ղեկավար Զարուհի Մելքոնյանը։
Նշվում է, որ «ԵՄ-ն Բիզնեսի համար-ՎԶԵԲ վարկային գիծ» ծրագիրը ԵՄ-ի և ՎԶԵԲ-ի համատեղ նախաձեռնությունն է, որն օգնում է հայկական ՓՄՁ-ներին ֆինանսավորում ստանալ սարքավորումների և տեխնիկայի արդիականացման նպատակով։
Մրցանակը շնորհվել է ապրիլի 14-ին՝ Երևանի «ԴաբլԹրի բայ Հիլթոն» հյուրանոցում կայացած «ԵՄ-ն Բիզնեսի համար-ՎԶԵԲ վարկային գիծ – գրանցված արդյունքներն ու հեռանկարները» միջոցառման ընթացքում։
