Արցախի կառավարությունը հրապարակել է շրջափակման 128-րդ օրվա վիճակագրական տվյալները: Ըստ այդմ՝

  • Արցախի բոլոր բուժհաստատություններում պլանային վիրահատությունների դադարեցման պատճառով մոտ 1100 քաղաքացի զրկվել է վիրահատվելու միջոցով առողջական խնդիրների լուծման հնարավորությունից՝ վերջին 4 օրվա ընթացքում աճելով շուրջ 20 դեպքով։
  • Մինչ այսօր Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի միջնորդությամբ և ուղեկցությամբ Արցախից Հայաստան է տեղափոխվել 326 հիվանդ՝ համապատասխան բուժում ստանալու համար։ Ընդ որում՝ հնարավոր չէ հիվանդներին տեղափոխել պառկած վիճակում, քանի որ ադրբեջանական կողմը խոչընդոտում է Արցախի ռեանիմոբիլի շարժը, իսկ Կարմիր խաչը չունի ռեանիմոբիլ և սովորական մեքենաներով է իրականացնում հիվանդների տեղափոխությունը՝ բոլորը նստած վիճակում։
  • Շրջափակման հետևանքով իրենց տներ չեն կարողացել վերադառնալ ընդհանուր առմամբ շուրջ 3900 անձինք, ներառյալ՝ 570 երեխա, որոնց մի մասն արդեն վերադարձել է տուն՝ Կարմիր խաչի և ՌԴ խաղաղապահների աջակցությամբ:
  • Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս մայրուղով ոչ մի քաղաքացի ազատորեն չի երթևեկել, և մարդկանց երկկողմանի տեղաշարժի դեպքերը նվազել են շուրջ 184 անգամով, եղածն էլ միայն Կարմիր խաչի ու ՌԴ խաղաղապահների աջակցությամբ (128 օրվա ընթացքում մարդկանց 313 600-ի փոխարեն՝ 1,705 մուտք և ելք՝ վերջին 4 օրում աճելով 49 դեպքով):
  • Արգելափակված ճանապարհով Արցախի քաղաքացիների ոչ մի մեքենա չի անցել, իսկ Կարմիր խաչի և ռուս խաղաղապահների մեքենաների շարժը գրեթե 49 անգամ ավելի քիչ է եղել, քան պետք է լիներ առանց շրջափակման (128 օրվա ընթացքում 117760-ի փոխարեն՝ 2394 մեքենայի մուտք և ելք, այն էլ՝ միայն Կարմիր խաչի և ՌԴ խաղաղապահների կողմից): Դա նշանակում է, որ վերջին 4 օրվա ընթացքում արձանագրվել է մեքենաների միայն 16 մուտք և ելք:
  • Շուրջ 12 անգամ ավելի քիչ կենսական նշանակության ապրանք է ներկրվել միայն Կարմիր խաչի և ռուս խաղաղապահների կողմից, քան իրականում պետք է լիներ առանց շրջափակման (128 օրվա ընթացքում մոտ 51200 տոննայի փոխարեն՝ 4174 տոննա, որից վերջին 4 օրվա ընթացքում՝ միայն 42 տոննա):
  • Շրջափակման ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը հանրագումարային 62 օր շարունակ լրիվությամբ կամ մասնակիորեն ընդհատել է Հայաստանից Արցախ գազամատակարարումը, իսկ էլեկտրամատակարարումը լրիվությամբ խափանված է արդեն 99օր շարունակ: Դա հանգեցրել է ամենօրյա հովհարային ու լրացուցիչ վթարային անջատումների և բազմաթիվ հիմնարկների գործունեության փակման կամ կրճատման:
  • 860 տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտ (ընդհանուրի 20,1 %-ը) շրջափակման պայմաններում աշխատելու անհնարինության պատճառով կասեցրել է իր գործունեությունը, իսկ մնացած տնտեսվարողները գործում են մասնակի ծավալով կամ պետական աջակցությամբ։
  • Շրջափակման և կենսական ենթակառուցվածքների խափանման պատճառով շրջափակման մեկնարկից առ այսօր փաստացի աշխատանքը և եկամտի աղբյուրը կորցրել է նախնական հաշվարկներով շուրջ 10,300 մարդ (ներառյալ՝ պետական աջակցությամբ աշխատատեղի ժամանակավոր պահպանման դեպքերը), որը մասնավոր հատվածում աշխատողների 50 տոկոսից ավելին է։ 
  • Դադարել են 32,6 կիլոմետր ճանապարհի, տասնյակ կիլոմետր ջրագծի, հազարավոր հեկտար հողատարածքների ոռոգման համակարգերի, 3,717 բնակարանների, ավելի քան 40 սոցիալական և արտադրական ենթակառուցվածքների շինարարական աշխատանքները։
  • Շրջափակման ընթացքում Արցախի Հանրապետության տնտեսությանը հասցվել է շուրջ 240 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի վնաս՝ հանգեցնելով մոտ 27 տոկոսի չափով ՀՆԱ-ի կանխատեսված տարեկան ցուցանիշի (903 մլն դոլար) չապահովմանը:
