Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև բնականոն հարաբերություններ հաստատելու մեծ հնարավորություն կա։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ ապրիլի 18-ին, ԱԺ-ում Կառավարության 2021-2026 թթ ծրագրի 2022-ի կատարման ընթացքի եւ արդյունքների մասին զեկույցը ներկայացնելիս նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը` խոսելով հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացից։
«Այդ հնարավորությունը մեծացել է վերդիվանագիտական և վերքաղաքական գործոնների` մարդկային արժեքների շնորհիվ, այն բանից հետո, երբ մենք որոշեցինք մարդկային, հարեւանային արժեքների վրա հիմնված տրամաբանությամբ արձագանքել Թուրքիայում տեղի ունեցած աղետալի երկրաշարժին։ Թուրքիայի կառավարություն ու հանրությունը մեր գործողությունները ճիշտ այդպես էլ ընկալեցին եւ ընդունեցին: Թուրքիան էլ իր հերթին Մարգարայի կամուրջը մեր բեռների համար չէր բացի, եթե չհավատար մեր անկեղծությանը»,–ասաց Փաշինյանը։
Նրա խոսքով` ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի` Անկարա կատարած այցի շրջանակներում Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ դիմաց ծածանվող ՀՀ տասնյակ դրոշները միայն արարողակարգային ատրիբուտ չեն, այլ արձանագրում, որ հույսը կարող է ծագել այնտեղ, որտեղ տիրում է հուսահատությունը։ Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի դրոշները վեր խոյացան մեր հարաբերությունների և աղետալի երկրաշարժի բերած ավերակների վրա։
Ես հույս ունեմ, որ առաջիկայում Հայաստան-Թուրքիա սահմանը, իրոք, կբացվի և հիմք կստեղծվի հարևանային, բնականոն հարաբերությունների զարգացման համար։ Այս առումով չափազանց կարևոր է, որ առաջիկա ամիսներին երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիներին և դիվանագիտական անձնագիր ունեցողների համար սահմանը հատելու պայմանավորվածությունը կյանքի կոչվի»,–ասաց Փաշինյանը։
