Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ազգային ժողովում է՝ ներկայացնելու կառավարության 2021-2026թթ ծրագրի բյուջեի կատարողականը։
Իր ելույթում Փաշինյանը խոսեց խաղաղության օրակարգից և ընդգծեց, որ խաղաղության հատատումը պետք է դրսևորվի հարևան չորս պետությունների հետ կարգավորված հարաբերություններով։
«Քանի, որ մենք Իրանի ու Վրաստան հետ ոչ թե հարաբերությունների կարգավորման, այլ առավել խորացման խնդիր ունենք, խաղաղություն նշանակում է կարգավորված հարաբերություններ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի հետ։ Հարցերի հարցը հետևյալն է՝ նախ՝ որքանով է դա իրատեսական ու որքանով են Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները միտված դրան և երկորդ՝ եթե քաղաքական, դիվանագիտական մակարդակում ձեռք բերվեն կոմպրոմիսներ, որքանով դրանք ընդունելի կլինեն ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար ու քաղաքացիները որքանով թույլ կտան այդ կոմպրոմիսների՝ երբեմն ցավոտ լուծումների գործնական իրագործումը։ Բայց սա նույնպես մեր պատասխանատվությունն է մենք պետք է մեր մտքերի ու գործողությունների ընթացքը հասկանալի դարձնենք ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին և երբ նրանք դա հասկանան, նաև կընդունեն։ Ձեզ և մեզ հայտնի ուժերի առանցքային նպատակն է այնպես անել, որ մենք կորցնենք քաղաքացիների հետ մեր զրույցի, խոսակցության թելը, փակվենք կաբինետներում, կառավարական շենքերում ու կորցնենք էմոցիոնալ, քաղաքական կապը ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հետ»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։
