Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններում ՔՊ-ին հաղթելու ռեսուրս ունի միայն «Ապրելու երկիրը»

Երևանի քաղաքապետի և ավագանու ընտրությունները կայանալու են նախանշված ժամկետում՝ այս տարվա սեպտեմբերին։ Երեկ այդ մասին վերջնականապես հայտարարել է փոխքաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, այս պահի դրությամբ քաղաքապետարանը բնականոն հունով կշարունակի աշխատել, մինչև ավագանու հերթական ընտրությունները։ Թեև քաղաքապետի ՔՊ-ական թեկնածուն փորձում է համոզել, թե քաղաքականապես իրենց համար տարբերություն չկա ընտրությունները շուտ կլինեն, թե ուշ, ընդամենը երկու-երեք ամսվա մասին է խոսքը, սակայն իրականությունն այն է, որ գործող իշխանությունները լրջորեն մտահոգված են իրենց հնարավորություններից և փորձում են այս ժամկետն օգտագործել Ավինյանի վարկանիշը բարձրացնելու համար։

Դա է վկայում քաղաքի գրեթե բոլոր հատվածներում ինտենսիվ իրականացվող ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև քափ ու քրտինք կտրած ՔՊ-ականների ջանքերը։ Օրեր առաջ գործող իշխանությունների պատվերով ևս մեկ հարցում է իրականացվել, որը կրկին վկայում է, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» լուրջ վտանգի առջև է, իսկ վարկանիշն այնքան ցածր է, որ «Քաղպայմանագիրը» ոչ միայն առաջին, այլև երկրորդ փուլով չի կարողանալու քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը յուրացնել։

Առայժմ երկրորդ տեղում ընթանում է «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը, որի ենթադրյալ թեկնածու Մանե Թանդիլյանը չափազանց ակտիվ և լուրջ քարոզչություն է իրականացնում, նաև կարողացել է իր կողմը գրավել հանրության մի զգալի շերտին։

Հարցման արդյունքներին ծանոթ մեր աղբյուրը՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրից», հայտնեց, որ արդյունքներն այնքան ծանր են եղել գործող իշխանությունների համար, որ որոշում է կայացվել, ընտրարշավին ներգրավել նաև տարբեր անհեթեթ անվանումներով և անծանոթ դեմքերով կուսակցությունների, գործարարների և այլ անձանց միջոցով, որպեսզի նրանց ռեսուրսներն ու հնարավորություններն օգտագործելով առաջին հերթին փորձեն հարվածել «Ապրելու երկրին», ուստի առաջիկա շրջանում ականատեսն ենք լինելու, թե ինչպես նորածիլ տարբեր քաղաքական ուժեր, որոնց հանրությունը ընդհանրապես չի ճանաչում, գործող իշխանություններին քննադատելու փոխարեն՝ իր թիրախներն ուղղելու է հենց «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության դեմ։
