Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը այսօր՝ ապրիլի 14-ին, իր առաջին աշխատանքային այցն է իրականացրել Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ համայնք։ Այցի նպատակն էր ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի զինծառայողների կողմից սահմանի տեղակայման կետերի ճշգրտման պատրվակով ՀՀ զինված ուժերի զինծառայողներին մոտենալու, սադրելու և հրազենային զենքերից, այնուհետև տարբեր տրամաչափի այլ զինատեսակներից կրակ վարելու դեպքից հետո տեղում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների վերաբերյալ փաստահավաք աշխատանքներ իրականացնելը, խախտումները հաստատող փաստեր և ապացույցներ հավաքագրելը, քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը մտահոգող խնդիրներին ծանոթանալը։
 
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը տեղում իրավիճակը քննարկել է Սյունիքի մարզպետ Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանի, Տեղ համայնքի ղեկավար Դավիթ Ղուլունցի, ինչպես նաև բնակիչների հետ։ Բնակիչները մտահոգություններ են հայտնել իրենց կյանքի և անվտանգության, ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան անձեռնմխելիության, սեփականության, կրթության և այլ հիմնական իրավունքների հետ կապված։ Նրանց կողմից կարևորվել են արոտավայրերի օգտագործման, անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու միջոցով իրենց ընտանիքներին ապահովելու խնդիրները։
 
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հատուկ ընդգծում է, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների կողմից ուժի կիրառումը և ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիքն ունեն նաև սահմանային բնակավայրերի մարդկանց ահաբեկելու նպատակ։
 
Այսպիսով, ապրիլին ադրբեջանական կողմի իրականացրած գործողությունների հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ կապված հավաքագրված փաստերը վկայում են, որ խախտվում է բնակիչների սեփականության իրավունքը, վտանգվում են նրանց կյանքի, ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան անձեռնմխելիության, երեխաների կրթության իրավունքները, բնակիչները զրկվում են գյուղատնտեսությամբ և անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու հնարավորությունից։
 
Ինչպես վերը նշված, այնպես էլ հավաքագրված մյուս փաստերը ամփոփվելու են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում։ Դրանք կներկայացվեն իրավասու միջազգային կազմակերպություններին և այլ դերակատարների, ինչպես նաև պետական իրավասու գերատեսչություններին։
