Ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության վարչության պետ Էրիկ Պետրոսյանը զեկուցագիր է ներկայացրել, որ Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի բնակչից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ անհայտ անձը «Ֆլեշ պլյուս» բենզալցակայանում կեղծ լիցքավորման կտրոն է տրամադրել: Այդ մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել Արցախի ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունը։

Կատարված ստուգումներից պարզվել է, որ 41-ամյա Ա. Պ.-ն, ս.թ. մարտի 29-ին իրենց տանը պատրաստել է կեղծ վառելիքի բացթողման կտրոն, իսկ մարտի 30-ին ժամը 12:30-ի սահմաններում նշված կտրոնով փորձել է Ա. Մկրտչյան փողոցի թիվ 6 հասցեում գտնվող «Ֆլեշ պլյուս» բենզալցակայանից գնել բենզին:

Նույն բովանդակությամբ քաղաքացուց մեկ այլ հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ մարտի 30-ին անհայտ անձը «Ֆլեշ պլյուս» բենզալցակայանում կեղծ լիցքավորման կտրոն է տրամադրել:

Ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի վարչության ՔՀ բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից կատարված ստուգումներից պարզվել է, որ Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի 21-ամյա բնակիչ Վ.Ա.-ն մարտի 21-ից մինչև 29-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, «Կանցլեր» խանութում պատճենահանել է ընդհանուր 40 հատ կեղծ վառելիքի բացթողման կտրոններ և Ա. Մկրտչյան փողոցի թիվ 6 հասցեում գտնվող «Ֆլեշ պլյուս» բենզալցակայանից գնել բենզին:

Իսկ ապրիլի 12-ին ժամը 21:00-ին, «Ֆլեշ Պլյուս» ՍՊԸ ավագ օպերատորը զանգահարելով ոստիկանության հերթապահ մաս, հաղորդել է, որ անհայտ անձը բենզալցակայանում կեղծ լիցքավորման կտրոն է տրամադրել:

Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի վարչության ՔՀ բաժնի ծառայողները` ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության վարչության ծառայողների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված ստուգումներով պարզել են, որ Ստեփանակերտի բնակիչ Ա. Հ.-ն, ապրիլի 3-ին վերցնելով իր ծանոթներից մեկի` Գ. Շ.-ի անվամբ լրացված վառելիքի բացթողման կտրոնը, պատճենահանման միջոցով պատրաստել է թվով 3 կեղծ կտրոն, որից հետո նույն կեղծ կտրոններով նշված բենզալցակայանից գնել 30 լիտր բենզին:

Բոլոր դեպքերի ստուգումներով զբաղվում է ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի վարչությունը։
