Գերմանիայի ՆԳՆ ղեկավարը հանդես է եկել հօգուտ հասարակական վայրերում տեսախցիկների ավելացման

Քյոլնում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերից հետո պետք է ուժեղացնել անվտանգության միջոցառումները և ավելացնել հսկող տեսախցիկների թիվը մարդկանց կուտակման վայրերում: Այսպիսի կարծիք է հայտնել Գերմանիայի ՆԳՆ ղեկավար Թոմաս դե Մեզյերը The Rheinische Post թերթին տված հարցազրույցում:
«Մենք պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որպեսզի այդպիսի դեպքերն այլևս չկրկնվեն»,- ասել է դե Մեզյերը: Ըստ նրա՝ պետք է «կանխարգելիչ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել, ընդլայնել տեսահսկումը հարթակներում, որտեղ շատ մարդ է հավաքվում, ուժեղացնել իրավապահ մարմինների ներկայությունը փողոցներում և խիստ պատիժներ սահմանել»:
Բնականաբար, պետք է օտարերկրացիներին վտարել Գերմանիայից նրանց կողմից լուրջ իրավախախտումների դեպքում, հավելել է դե Մեզյերը: «Մենք հիմա կուսումնասիրենք օրենսդրությունում փոփոխություններ մտցնելու անհրաժեշտության հարցը»,- նշել է նա:
Հիշեցնենք. հունվարի 1-ի գիշերը Քյոլնում կայարանի հրապարակում հավաքվել էին «արաբական կամ հյուսիսաֆրիկյան արտաքինով մոտ 1000 տղամարդ: Խմբեր կազմելով՝ նրանք հարձակվել են կանանց վրա, սպառնացել նրանց, թալանել, չափազանց ագրեսիվ ձևով հետապնդել: Ոստիկանությունում արդեն ավելի քան 120 հայտարարություն է ստացվել տուժածներից, նրանք հայտնում են ոտնձգությունների, բռնաբարությունների, վիրավորանքների և կողոպուտի մասին: Մոտ 70 հայտարարություն մշակում է Համբուրգի ոստիկանությունը, նման դեպքեր են գրանցվել Բեռլինում և Շտուտգարտում, սակայն դրանք իրար հետ կապված են, թե ոչ՝ հայտնի չէ:
