Հաագայի դատարանը Ռուսաստանին պարտավորեցրել է Ուկրաինային 5 միլիարդ դոլար վճարել

Հաագայի արբիտրաժային դատարանի արբիտրաժային տրիբունալը Ռուսաստանից պահանջել է 5 միլիարդ դոլարի փոխհատուցում վճարել Ուկրաինայի «Նավթոգազ» պետական ընկերությանը՝ Ղրիմում ակտիվների կորստի պատճառով, հայտնել է ուկրաինական կողմը։ Ենթադրվում է, որ Մոսկվան պետք է փոխհատուցի նաև արբիտրաժային դատավարության ծախսերը։ Ռուսաստանը դեռ չի մեկնաբանել տեղեկությունը։
Իրավարար վճիռները կարող են կիրառվել հարկադրաբար. «Նավթոգազ»-ն իրավունք ունի «սկսելու վճռի ճանաչման և կատարման գործընթացն այն պետությունների տարածքում, որտեղ գտնվում են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ակտիվները», ասվում է ուկրաինական ընկերության հայտարարության մեջ, գրում է kommersant.ru-ն:
«Նավթոգազ»-ը վարույթ է նախաձեռնել 2016 թվականի աշնանը։ Ըստ ուկրաինական կողմի՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը պետք է փոխհատուցում վճարի ներդրումների պաշտպանության պայմանագրի խախտման, այդ թվում՝ «ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող էներգետիկ ներդրումների օտարման համար»։
Կիևի օգտին որոշումը կայացվել է դեռ 2019 թվականին, արբիտրաժային վարույթի երկրորդ փուլը վերաբերում էր փոխհատուցման չափին։ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արդարադատության նախարարությունը ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ Մոսկվան չի ճանաչում Հաագայի դատարանի որոշումը։
