Մի քանի ամիս շարունակ ՀՀ քաղաքացիները զրկված են եղել իրենց իրավունքների պաշտպանից, որովհետև կարճ ժամանակ պաշտոնավարելուց հետո քաղաքական մեծամասնության առաջարկով մեկ էլ անակնկալ Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանն ասաց՝ այլ աշխատանքի եմ մեկնում, մինչև հիմա այլ աշխատանք չունի։ Այս մասին ԱԺ նիստի ժամանակ ելույթում ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը։

«Մինչև հիմա քաղաքական մեծամասնությունը չի ասում, թե ինչու Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանին առաջադրեցին, ինչու նա կարճ պաշտոնավարեց։ Այսօր տիկին Մանասյանը ասում է սա պաշտոն չէ, սա առաքելություն է։ Չորս ամիս առաջ գլխավոր դատախազ եղած ժամանակ էլ էր ասում, չի բացառվում մի քանի ամիս հետո նորից անդրադառնանք ՄԻՊ-ի ընտությանը ու էլի չասենք՝ ինչու տիկին Մանասյանը հեռացավ ՄԻՊ պաշտոնից։ Այս երեք ամիսներին շատ անուններ շրջանառվեցին, թե իշխանությունը ում է բերում՝ Շիրակի մարզպետից սկսած հազար ու մի անուն, վերջում եկան, կողմնորոշվեցին այս իշխանության կողմից 4 ամիս առաջ նշանակված գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի թեկնածության վրա»,- ասաց պատգամավորը։

Մանուկյանի խոսքով ՝այս ընթացքում ընդդիմությունն առաջարկել էր իրավաբանների անուններ, հանրային ճանաչում ունեցող անձանց ու մերժվել մեկ պատճառաբանությամբ։

«Տիկին Մանասյան այսօրվանից Ձեզ զգուշացնում եմ՝ մի վայրկյան իշխանության սրտի պաշտպանը չեղաք, գիտեք ինչ են անելու, ֆինանսների նախարարությունը կբերի մի նախագիծ, ինչպես 2021թ-ի մարտի 11-ի կառավարության նիստին, երբ արագ որոշեցին, որ կարելի է ՄԻՊ գրասենյակի բյուջեն կրճատել, որովհետև Արման Թաթոյանն իրենց սրտի ՄԻՊ-ը չէր, որովհետև Արման Թաթոյանը խոսում էր ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի վտանգների մասին»,- ասաց Գեղամ Մանուկյանը։

Վերջինս, դիմելով Անահիտ Մանսայանին, հարցրեց՝ տեղյա՞կ է արդյոք, որ Շիրակի մարզում գրեթե դատավոր չկա։

«Մի քանի ամսվա նշանակված գրեթե բոլոր դատավորներին տեղափոխել են Երևան, չորս ամսվա մեջ մտածե՞լ եք այն կալանավորված քաղաքացիների մասին, ովքեր հնարավորություն չեն ունենում դատաքննությամբ վերջնական վճիռ ստանալ, տասնյակ մարդիկ առանց դատաքննության գտնվում են անազատության վայրում»,- ասաց Գեղամ Մանուկյանը։
