«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Մեր տեղեկություններով, այս օրերին Եվրամիության խորհրդի նախագահ Շարլ Միշելը մի քանի հեռախոսազրույցներ է ունեցել (ավելի կոնկրետ՝ երեք) Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ։ Հեռախոսազրույցների հիմնական թեման վերաբերել է հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերություններին և բանակցային գործընթացին։
Հատկանշական է, որ Միշելն առանձնակի շահագրգռվածությամբ հետաքրքրվել է վերջին օրերին տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներով և սահմանային միջադեպերով։ Ինչպես փոխանցում է թերթի դիվանագիտական աղբյուրը, այս փուլում եվրոպացիներն ամեն կերպ ցանկանում են հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցային գործընթացի առաջիկա հանդիպումն անցկացնել իրենց հովանու ներքո՝ մասնավորաբար, մեր տեղեկություններով, նրանք ցանկանում են առաջիկա շաբաթներին Փաշինյանին և Ալիևին տեսնել Բրյուսելում։
Այդուամենայնիվ, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, չնայած եվրոպական կողմի նման շահագրգռվածությանը, Փաշինյան-Ալիև առաջիկա հանդիպումը, որը, ըստ նախնական պայմանավորվածության, պետք է տեղի ունենա մայիսի երկրորդ կեսին, ամենայն հավանականությամբ կանցկացվի Վաշինգտոնում։ ԱԳՆ մեր աղբյուրը նաև հայտնում է, որ կողմերի մոտեցումներն կարծես թե համընկնում են՝ բանակցությունների հետագան տեսնել վաշինգտոնյան հարթակում. նշենք, որ հանդիպում անցկացնելու նախաձեռնությունը ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենինն է, որը նկատելիորեն ակտիվ է իր գործողություններում և խնդրի վերաբերյալ դրսևորած մոտեցումներում։
