SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ մարտի 26-ին Երևանում տեղի ունեցած դանակահարության փաստով։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այդ օրը, ժամը 04։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային Ծառայության Երևանի գնդի պարեկները ծառայության ընթացքում Բաղրամյան պողոտա 3 հասցեի մոտ նկատել են անօգնական վիճակում գտնվող մի քաղաքացու։
Պարեկները՝ ահազանգում են շտապօգնություն։ Ու մինչ բժիշկների ժամանումը, նրանք իրենց ծառայողական ավտոմեքենայի մեջ եղած դեղատուփի միջից անհրաժեշտ պարագաներով առաջին օգնությունն են ցուցաբերում վիրավորին, անգամ վիրակապում վերքը, դադարեցնելով արյունահոսությունը։ Ու օպերատիվորեն ժամանած շտապօգնության 05 խումբը տեղում բուժօգնություն է ցուցաբերում վիրավորին և տեղափոխում Հերացու անվան թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց։
Նշված հիվանդանոցից ահազանգում են Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին և դեպքի վայր է ժամանում օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արման Պապյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Արդեն հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները հայտնում են, որ վիրավորը իրենց մոտ է ընդունվել «նստատեղի շրջանի ծակած-կտրած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ։
Արաբկիրի ոստիկաններն ու Երևանի գնդի պարեկները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Երևանի բնակիչ 33-ամյա Կարեն Ս․-ն է։
Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ վերջինս Բաղրամյան պողոտայի 3-րդ շենքի մոտ նկատել է միմյանց հետ վիճաբանող 3 քաղաքացու ու մոտեցել է նրանց, դիտողություններ արել, որի ժամանակ էլ նրանցից մեկը իր մոտ եղած սուր առարկայով հարվածներ է հասցրել Կարեն Ս․-ին։
Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի ծառայողները ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ նշված 3 անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրանց և հանցագործության գործիք՝ առարկան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
