Ի՞նչ է անում Արևմուտքը: Մեզ տրամադրում է որոշակի գումարներ եվրոյի կամ դոլարի տեսքով, այնուհետև տրամադրած գումարների համատեքստում ստիպում է ընդունել որոշակի օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ՝ մասնավորապես հարկադրույքների բարձրացման տեսքով: Հարկադրույքները բարձրացնում են, եվրոն գալիս է ՀՀ, մինչդեռ իրենց քայլերով արդեն այնպես են արել, որ մեր տնտեսության գրավչությունը նվազի, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը գրավիչ չլինի նույն եվրոպական պոտենցիալ ներդրողի համար: Այսինքն, մի կողմից՝ փող են տալիս, մեզ խաբում, մյուս կողմից՝ մեր տնտեսությունը քանդում, գրավչությունն անընդհատ նվազեցնում են:

ՀՀ-ից դեպի Եվրոպա արտահանման արգելքներ, տարբեր խնդիրներ, բյուրոկրատիա են ստեղծում, որ չկարողանանք արտահանել: Եվ հարց է առաջանում՝ Հայաստանում կուտակված եվրոն ի՞նչ պետք է անել. կա՛մ պետք է նրանցից վարկեր վերցնել ու վարկերը սպասարկել, կա՛մ ներկրումներ իրականացնել:

Այսինքն, ՀՀ տնտեսությունը ոչ թե անկախացնում են, այլ դարձնում են էլ ավելի կախյալ: Հետևաբար, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ու արևմտյան երկրների խոսքերին չարժե անգամ ուշադրություն դարձնել: Իրականում ՀՀ տնտեսական ապագան այս պահին վատատեսական կանխատեսումների տեսանկյունից չնչին փոփոխության անգամ չի ենթարկվել: Հակառակը՝ էլ ավելի է վատացել իրավիճակը, որովհետև հանրային խոսույթում անընդհատ Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանի բացման մասին է խոսվում»…
