1, Դադարեք քննադատել ինքներդ ձեզ Մի համարեք, որ դուք վատն եք։ Երբ մենք մեզ վատն ենք համարում, մեր մակարդակն իջեցնում ենք ու այլեւս ոչնչի ունակ չենք։

2, Դադարեք վախեցնել ձեզ։ Ոմանք ահաբեկում են իրենց վատ մտքերով՝ իրավիճակը պատկերացնելով շատ ավելի մռայլ, քան իրականում կա։ Նման մարդիկ փոքրիկ խնդիրները դարձնում են ահռելի եւ անընդհատ վատ բանի սպասման մեջ են։

3, Ինքներդ ձեզ հետ բարի ու համբերատար եղեք Ինչպես կատակով ասում էր գրող Օրեն Արնոլդը՝ Աստված իմ, աղաչում եմ, ինձ համբերություն տուր, ու անմիջապես»։ Համբերությունը հզոր ուժ ։ Մարդկանց մեծամասնությունը տառապում է սպասումից, այնինչ իզուր չեն ասում՝ համբերությունը կյանք է։
