Ուկրաինան հումանիտար օգնության համար կդիմի Հնդկաստանին

Ուկրաինայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Էմինե Ջապարովան երկուշաբթի պետք է այցելի Հնդկաստան եւ դիմի մարդասիրական օգնության եւ սարքավորումների՝ ռուսական ներխուժման ժամանակ վնասված էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքները վերանորոգելու համար, շաբաթ օրը հայտնել է The Hindu թերթը:
Ջապարովան, որը ռուսական ներխուժումից հետո Ուկրաինայի կառավարության նախարարի առաջին այցն է կատարում Հնդկաստան, կոչ կանի Հնդկաստանին «վճռական խաղաղության կոչ» հղել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին, որը հուլիսին պետք է այցելի Հնդկաստան՝ մասնակցելու Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության գագաթաժողովին եւ վերադառնա սեպտեմբերին՝ մասնակցելու «Մեծ քսանյակի» գագաթաժողովին։
«Ուկրաինան դիմել է Հնդկաստանին լրացուցիչ մարդասիրական օգնության խնդրանքով, ներառյալ դեղագործական պատրաստուկները, բժշկական սարքավորումները եւ էներգետիկ սարքավորումները, պատերազմի ընթացքում վնասված էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների վերանորոգման համար, եւ սպասվում է, որ երկու կողմերը նույնպես կքննարկեն նման աջակցության տրամադրումը»,-նշում է թերթը՝ վկայակոչելով դիվանագիտական աղբյուրները:
Թերթը նաեւ հայտնում է, որ Ջապարովայի այցի վերաբերյալ վերջնական պայմանավորվածությունները դեռ քննարկվում են: Հնդկաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն չի պատասխանել մեկնաբանելու խնդրանքին։
Սպասվում է, որ Ջապարովան վարչապետ Նարենդրա Մոդիին կհրավիրի այցելել Կիեւ:
Հնդկաստանի կառավարության հետ բանակցությունների ընթացքում Ջապարովան մանրամասն կպատմի Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու 10 կետից բաղկացած խաղաղ բանաձեւի մասին եւ կոչ կանի Հնդկաստանին ավելացնել իր «վճռական գլոբալ ձայնը»՝ իր օգտին կոնսենսուսի հասնելու համար, ասվում է փաստաթղթում:
