ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից հայտնում են՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն պլանավորում է մասնակցել ԱՄՆ ցամաքային զորքերի հրամանատարության 2 այլ զորավարժությունների՝ KFOR (Կոսովոյի ուժեր) և Saber Junction (Միաձուլված սուր) զորավարժություններին:
Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ռազմական փորձագետ Հայկ Նահապետյանը նկատում է՝ զորավարժություններից մեկը խաղաղապահ է, որն ինչ-որ տեղ կարելի է հասկանալ, որովհետև ՀՀ խաղաղապահ ստորաբաժանումները ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ որևէ պետության ստորաբաժանման ներքո են գործում: Կարելի է ասել՝ խաղաղապահների գործառույթներն ավելի շատ միջազգային են ու էական տարբերություններ չունեն:
«ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրների ստորաբաժանումների կառուցվածքն էականորեն տարբերվում են ՀՀ ԶՈՒ կառուցվածքից, հետևաբար դրանում ինտեգրվելը երկարաժամկետ գործընթաց է իրենից ենթադրում և այդքան էլ իրատեսական չէ: Բանն այն է նաև, որ ՀՀ-ն, լինելով պայմանագրային ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների կազմում ու ՌԴ ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը, մերժում է ՀԱՊԿ զորավարժությունը ՀՀ-ում ու չի մասնակցում դրանց ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների տարածքում, սակայն ՆԱՏՕ-ի պարագայում հակառակ վարքագիծն է դրսևորում, որի առանցքն էլ ԱՄՆ-ն է: Սա բավականին տխուր հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ մեզ համար»,- ասում է նա:
Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ այս կերպ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ին աստիճանաբար բերում են որոշակի չափորոշիչների, որը հատուկ է ՆԱՏՕ անդամ երկրներին: Կառուցվածքային լուրջ փոփոխություններ արդեն կատարվել են և փորձում են հենց այդ կառուցվածքն էլ ներդնել բանակում:
