«Ադրբեջանցիները փակել են արցախահայության ճանապարհը և հայտարարել, որ մուտքը կթույլատրվի միայն Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիություն ընդունելու դեպքում։ Ադրբեջանը փոխել է ճանապարհը փակելու նպատակը և մոտիվացիան։ Սա ակնհայտ սադրանք է ադրբեջանցիների կողմից, քանի որ նրանք փորձել են ոչ միայն խոչընդոտել Ստեփանակերտ մուտք գործելուն, այլև վախի մթնոլորտ ձևավորել»:
Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում ասել է Արցախի պետնախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանն ու հավելել. «Ադրբեջանական կողմի հայտարարություններն առ այն, թե իբր իրենք մարդասիրություն են դրսևորել և շտապ բուժհաստատություն են տեղափոխել կանանց, պարզունակ և կեղծ են։ Երբ ռուս խաղաղապահները փորձեցին շտապօգնություն ներգրավել, ադրբեջանցիներն անմիջապես բուժաշխատողներ ներկայացան՝ բուժօգնություն ցույց տալու նպատակով և հատկանշական է, որ երբ խաղաղապահները առաջարկեցին Ստեփանակերտից շտապօգնություն կանչել, նրանք ցուցադրաբար առաջարկեցին բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերել Շուշիում, մերժում ստանալուց հետո արգելեցին մեր շտապօգնության մեքենաների տվյալ տեղանքին մոտենալու հնարավորությունը»:
Լուրեր.com-ի հետ զրույցում իրավապաշտպան Նինա Կարապետյանցն ընդգծում է՝ տեղի ունեցածը մարդու իրավունքների և տեղաշարժի կոպտագույն խախտում է:
«Ցավում եմ, որ մեր ներկայիս իշխանությունները չեն օգտագործում Ալիևի վարչակազմի կողմից իրականցվող այս գործողությունները, որոնց միջոցով կարող են ավելի հիմնավոր ներկայացնել մեր խնդիրները, որովհետև միայն հայտարարություններ անելը բավարար չէ: Այս ամենի պատճառով էլ Ալիևը մեզ «լավ նվեր» է անում ու ասում, որ արցախցիները չեն կարող լինեն Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Չգիտեմ էլ, թե սրա լուծումն ինչպես են տեսնում գործող իշխանությունները ու արդյոք գիտկացո՞ւմ են իրենց պատասխանատվության աստիճանը` օր օրի խորացող խնդիրերի պարագայում»,- ասում է նա:
Վերջինիս դիտարկմամբ՝ ադրբեջանական կողմը բոլոր հարթություններում կարողանում է փայլուն օգտագործել ընձեռված հնարավորությունները: Սա էլ հերթական շոուն է, որ, իբր, իրենք պատրաստ են աջակցություն ցույց տալ ու մինչև անգամ Շուշի տեղափոխել արցախցիներին:
«Իրականության մեջ սա այն հմտությունն է, որ կարողանում են եղած շանսը ճիշտ ժամանակին և ճիշտ տեղում օգտագործել: Ցավալի է, բայց սույն հմտությունը հայկական կողմի մոտ ի սպառ բացակայում է: Ի վերջո, ամեն բաց թողնված շանս հաջորդ հարվածի հիմք է նախապատրաստում: Եվ եթե շատերին թվում է, թե բոլորը տառապում են հայկական խնդիրներով, ապա սխալվում են․ ոչ ոք ոչինչ չի տեսնում և այստեղ կարևոր է այն, թե ինչպես մենք մեր խնդիրները կներկայցնենք»,- ասաց նա:
