«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

infoteka24.ru-ն գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի անզուսպ ցանկությունը՝ յուրացնել այն ամենը, ինչ պատկանում է իր հարևաններին, հատկապես հայերին, երբեմն դուրս է գալիս տրամաբանության ու ողջախոհության սահմաններից։ Այսպիսով, դեռ 1998 թվականին ամբողջ Ադրբեջանի հայրը՝ Հեյդար Ալիևը, ըստ երևույթին ինչ-որ անառողջ նախանձի պատճառով սահմանել է «Ադրբեջանցիների ցեղասպանության օր»։ Ինչո՞ւ հենց այդ ձևակերպմամբ՝ «ցեղասպանության օր», այլ ոչ թե «զոհերի հիշատակի օր»։ Կարծես ոչ թե հիշարժան տարեթիվ է, այլ կոչ:

Ինչ էլ լինի, յուրաքանչյուր տարվա մարտի 31-ին ադրբեջանցիները «հիշում են դաշնակ-բոլշևիկյան զինված կազմավորումների զոհերին», երբ վերջիններս «1918 թվականին անխնա հաշվեհարդար տեսան տասնյակ հազարավոր խաղաղ ադրբեջանցիների նկատմամբ»։ Առանձնահատուկ հետաքրքրություն է ներկայացնում «անխնա ջարդի» աշխարհագրությունը՝ Բաքու, Երևան, Կարս, Գուբա, Շամախի, Սյունիք, Արցախ, Նախիջևան... Նախ՝ «դաշնակցական-բոլ շևիկյան զինված կազմավորումներ» հասկացությունը պատմական անհեթեթություն է, որը, այնուամենայնիվ, ակտիվորեն տարածվում է ադրբեջանական «պատմագրության» մեջ։ Երկրորդ հերթին՝ աշխարհագրությունն է շատ հետաքրքիր։

Լավ, տեխնիկապես հայկական կողմը հնարավորություն ուներ «կոտորել ադրբեջանցիներին» Երևանում, Կարսում, Սյունիքում, Արցախում և Նախիջևանում։ Դրանք այն տարածքներն են, որոնք (բացառությամբ Կարսի) վերահսկվում էին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից։ Որպես հավելում կավելացնենք նաև Բաքուն՝ հաշվի առնելով այդ քաղաքում հայերի ազդեցությունն ու թիվը։ Բայց Գուբա՞ն, Շամախի՞ն։ Այն ժամանակ Շամախիում հայ բնակչությունը շատ զգալի զիջում էր թյուրքալեզու մահմեդականներին, իսկ սովորաբար մեծամասնությունն է կազմակերպում փոքրամասնության ջարդեր։ Իսկ Գուբայում հազարից էլ պակաս հայ էր ապրում, որը բնակչության հինգ տոկոսից էլ քիչ էր: Բայց մոտավորապես նույն քանակով՝ մոտ վեց հազարական, հրեաներն ու ադրբեջանցիներն էին։ Ավելի ճիշտ, ոչ թե ադրբեջանցիները, այլ թուրքերը (նախկինում՝ թաթարները)։

Նրանց ադրբեջանցիներ սկսել են կոչել 1930-ականների երկրորդ կեսերից։ Դա էլ երրորդ հերթին։ Ընդհանրապես, դժվար է լրջորեն վերաբերվել «1918 թվականի ադրբեջանցիների ցեղասպանությանը»։ Սակայն անլուրջ վերաբերմունքը հղի է նման ապատեղեկատվության հանրահռչակմամբ, ինչն իր հերթին բարդացնում է դրա դեմ պայքարը։ Պատճառաբանված հակազդեցությունը միակ, թեև շատ դանդաղ ազդող, բայց արդյունավետ զենքն է նման կարգի սադրանքների դեմ։ Ուրեմն, պարոնա՛յք, զինվե՛ք փաստարկներով ու համբերությամբ, և ընդհանրապես... զինվե՛ք, պարոնա՛յք։
