Ի՞նչ վիճակում են հիվանդանոց հասցվել ադրբեջանցիների վարքագծից տուժած քաղաքացիները. պարզաբանում

Նախօրեին Գորիս-Ստեփանակերտ միջպետական մայրուղու` թշնամու կողմից արգելափակված ճանապարհահատվածում ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ տուն վերադարձող արցախցիների նկատմամբ ադրբեջանցիների անթույլատրելի վարքագծի պատճառով առողջական վիճակի կտրուկ վատացում ունեցած ԱՀ քաղաքացիներին համապատասխան բժշկական օգնություն և խորհրդատվություն է ցուցաբերվել, և վերջիններս այսօր` ապրիլի 5-ին, դուրս են գրվել։
Այս մասին «Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել է Հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնի Անհետաձգելի բուժօգնության բաժանմունքի վարիչ, վիրաբույժ Գրիգորի Առստամյանը:
«Երեկ երեկոյան Շուշիի շրջանից Հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնի Անհետաձգելի բուժօգնության բաժանմունք է հասցվել չորս բուժառու, որոնցից երեքի մոտ կար հոգեհուզական գերլարված վիճակ: Չորրորդ բուժառուի մոտ այդ լարվածութունը մի քիչ ավելի ակտիվ էր դրսևորված, և առկա էր ճնշման բարձրացում: Նրանց համապատասխան բուժօգնություն է ցուցաբերվել։ Անձնակազմը տեղյակ չէր, հանկարծակիի է եկել, և ոչ մեկը չի զգուշացրել, թե պացիենտները ինչ պայմաններում կարող են բերվել։ Բնականաբար, այդ հրատապ պայմաններում բուժանձնակազմը զբաղվել է բժշկական հարցերով և ուշադրություն չի դարձրել, թե ով է մեր քաղաքացիներին հասցրել հիվանդանոց: Արձանագրել են, որ եղել են ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ, իսկ որոշ խիստ անցանկալի փաստեր արդեն պոստֆակտում ենք արձանագրել։ Այդ պահին անձնակազմը զբաղվել է մեր քաղաքացիներով, այլ ոչ թե նրանց բերող մեքենայով»,-ներկայացրել է Գ. Առստամյանը:
