ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Կրեմլում օտարերկրյա դեսպաններին հավատարմագրերի հանձնման արարողության ժամանակ ասել է, որ աշխարհում ներկայիս իրավիճակը պարզ չէ, կուտակվել են բազմաթիվ հակասություններ։ Այս մասին հայտնում է РИА Новости-ն։
Ապրիլի 5-ին Պուտինը ընդունել է օտարերկրյա նոր դեսպանների, այդ թվում՝ ԱՄՆ-ի, ԵՄ-ի, Սիրիայի, Դանիայի, Նորվեգիայի, Իրաքի և Աբխազիայի դիվանագետների հավատարմագրերը:
Ինչպես նշել է ՌԴ նախագահը, Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունները Եվրամիության հետ մեծապես դեգրադացվել են, քանի որ ԵՄ-ն քաղաքական առճակատում նախաձեռնեց Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ։
Ընդ որում, Պուտինն ընդգծել է, որ Մոսկվան հույս ունի, որ երկրի հարաբերությունները ԵՄ-ի հետ կվերականգնվեն։
Նա նաև ափսոսանք է հայտնել, որ Ռուսաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի հարաբերությունները, որոնցից, ըստ նրա, ուղղակիորեն կախված են համաշխարհային անվտանգությունն ու կայունությունը, խորը ճգնաժամ են ապրում։
Բացի այդ, պետության ղեկավարը հավելել է, որ Ռուսաստանը ակնկալում է, որ օտարերկրյա գործընկերները հավատարիմ կմնան իրավահավասարության սկզբունքներին։
