Այսուհետ Արցախից Հայաստան հնարավոր կլինի մեկնել խիստ անհրաժեշտ դեպքում՝ խաղաղապահների միջոցով

Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող ճանապարհը Ադրբեջանի կողմից արգելափակելուց հետո տևական ժամանակ արցախցիները զրկված էին ամենատարբեր կարիքների համար Արցախից Հայաստան մեկնելու հնարավորությունից:
Հաշվի առնելով մարդկանց կյանքում անընդհատ ծագող խնդիրները /ՀՀ-ում հարազատի մահ, հուղարկավորություն, կիսված ընտանիքների՝ ՀՀ-ում գտնվող ընտանիքի անդամի ծանր հիվանդություն, վիրահատություն և այլն/ և լարվածության աճը, վերջին օրերին ռուս խաղաղապահները որոշակի պարբերականությամբ սկսել են Արցախից Հայաստան տեղափոխել նման խնդիրների առաջ կանգնած քաղաքացիների:
Այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում գրել է Արցախի պետական նախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը՝ շարունակելով.
«Վերոնշյալ գործընթացը վերահսկողության տակ պահելու և ճանապարհի արգելափակված հատվածում մեր քաղաքացիներին հնարավոր ադրբեջանական սադրանքներից պաշտպանելու նպատակով այսուհետ Արցախից Հայաստան հնարավոր կլինի մեկնել խիստ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, բնականաբար, ռուս խաղաղապահների միջոցով՝ բացառապես Ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի հետ համագործակցության ապահովման կենտրոնին նախապես դիմելու և կենտրոնի թույլտվությամբ:
Ինչ վերաբերում է առողջական խնդիր և բժշկական օգնության կարիք ունեցող անձանց, ապա նրանց տեղափոխությունը ՀՀ կկազմակերպվի Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի արցախյան ներկայացուցչության միջոցով՝ ԱՀ առողջապահության նախարարության ցուցմամբ:
