ՆԱՏՕ-ին Ֆինլանդիայի անդամակցության պատճառով իրավիճակն արմատապես փոխվում է. ՌԴ ԱԳՆ

ՆԱՏՕ-ին Ֆինլանդիայի անդամակցությունից և Ռուսաստանի սահմանների հետ դաշինքի շփման գծի մեծանալուց հետո իրավիճակը Հյուսիսային Եվրոպայում արմատապես կփոխվի: Մոսկվան սպառնալիքները զսպելու համար ստիպված կլինի ռազմատեխնիկական և այլ բնույթի պատասխան միջոցներ ձեռնարկել:
Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը՝ կապված ՆԱՏՕ-ին Ֆինլանդիայի անդամակցության բոլոր գործընթացների ավարտի հետ:

«Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության սահմանների հետ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անմիջական շփման գծի ավելի քան կրկնակի մեծանալու հետևանքով իրադրության արմատական փոփոխություն է տեղի ունեցել Հյուսիսային Եվրոպայի տարածաշրջանում, որը նախկինում ամենակայուններից մեկն Էր աշխարհում: Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի կողմից հերթական քայլն Է արվել Ռուսաստանի տարածքին մոտենալու ուղղությամբ», – ասվում է գերատեսչության կայքում հրապարակված հայտարարության մեջ։

Նշվում է, որ այժմ ՌԴ-ն ստիպված կլինի պատասխան միջոցներ ձեռնարկել ինչպես ռազմատեխնիկական, այնպես էլ այլ բնույթի՝ ազգային անվտանգությանն ուղղված սպառնալիքները զսպելու նպատակով։

«Ռուսաստանի հյուսիսարևմտյան սահմաններում պաշտպանական շինարարության կոնկրետ քայլերը կախված կլինեն այս երկրի՝ Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքին ինտեգրման կոնկրետ պայմաններից, այդ թվում՝ դրա տարածքում ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմական ենթակառուցվածքների և սպառազինությունների հարվածային համակարգերի տեղակայումից», – ընդգծել են ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարությունում:

Նախարարությունում նաև նշել են, որ միանալով ՆԱՏՕ-ին՝ Ֆինլանդիան վերջնականապես հրաժարվել է իր ինքնատիպությունից և ինքնուրույնությունից, ինչով այն միջազգային հարցերում տարբերվել Էր տասնամյակներ շարունակ։

«Մինչ այս Հելսինկիի վարած ռազմական չմիավորման քաղաքականությունը երկար ժամանակ ծառայում էր Ֆինլանդիայի ազգային շահերին՝ հանդիսանալով Բալթիկ ծովի տարածաշրջանում և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, եվրոպական մայրցամաքում վստահության ապահովման կարևոր գործոններից մեկը:

Այժմ դա արդեն անցյալում է: Ֆինլանդիան դարձել է դաշինքի փոքր, ոչինչ չորոշող անդամ երկրներից մեկը՝ կորցնելով իր առանձնահատուկ ձայնը միջազգային հարցերում», – ամփոփել են արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունում։
