Ռուսաստանը Բելառուսի զինված ուժերին է փոխանցել «Իսկանդեր-Մ» օպերատիվ-մարտավարական հրթիռային համակարգը, որը կարող է օգտագործել միջուկային հրթիռներ։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն՝ ՌԴ զինված ուժերի ղեկավարության հետ կայացած քննարկման ժամանակ։

«Իսկանդեր-Մ» օպերատիվ-մարտավարական հրթիռային համակարգը հանձնվել է Բելառուսի զինված ուժերին։ Այն կարող է օգտագործել ինչպես սովորական, այնպես էլ միջուկային հրթիռներ»,- ասել է նա։

Ապրիլի 3-ին ռուսական զորավարժարաններից մեկում սկսվել է բելառուսական անձնակազմի ուսուցումը, թե ինչպես օգտագործել «Իսկանդեր-Մ» օպերատիվ-մարտավարական հրթիռային համակարգը, հավելել է Շոյգուն։

Բացի այդ, Բելառուսի ռազմաօդային ուժերի գրոհային ինքնաթիռների մի մասը հնարավորություն է ստացել միջուկային զենք օգտագործել թշնամու թիրախներին հարվածելու համար, նշել է նախարարը։

Շոյգուն ընդգծել է, որ Միութենական պետության անվտանգության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված միջոցառումներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ կապված ՆԱՏՕ-ի կողմից Միացյալ զինված ուժերի մարտունակության բարձրացման, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի սահմանների մոտ հետախուզական գործունեության ակտիվացման հետ։

Մարտի 25-ին Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել էր, որ Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն երկար ժամանակ բարձրացնում է հանրապետության տարածքում ռուսական մարտավարական միջուկային զենքի տեղակայման հարցը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ նման պահեստի շինարարությունը կավարտվի հուլիսի 1-ին։ Պուտինն ասել է նաև, որ Բելառուսում ռուսական միջուկային զենքի տեղակայման մեջ ոչ մի արտառոց բան չկա. ԱՄՆ-ն տասնամյակներ շարունակ նույն բանն է անում. ամերիկյան միջուկային զենքերը տեղակայվել են Եվրոպայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրների տարածքում։
