Ապրիլի 3-ին Բուխարեստում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Ռումինիայի Սենատի գործող նախագահ Ալինա-Շտեֆանիա Գորգիուի հետ: Այդ մասին տեղեկանում ենք ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձ են կատարել հայ-ռումինական երկկողմ օրակարգին առնչվող հարցերի: Ընդգծվել է խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության դերը երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում՝ նշելով երկու երկրների խորհրդարաններում բարեկամական խմբերի արդյունավետ համագործակցության ծավալման և փոխայցելությունների կարևորությունը:
Երկուստեք նշվել է Ռումինիայի հայ համայնքի կարևոր ներդրումը երկու ժողովուրդների, իսկ անկախացումից ի վեր՝ երկու երկրների միջև տարբեր ոլորտներում կապերի ամրապնդման գործում: Այս համատեքստում նախարար Միրզոյանը բարձր է գնահատել Ռումինիայի իշխանությունների կողմից հայկական մշակութային և կրոնական ժառանգության նկատմամբ ցուցաբերվող վերաբերմունքը, այդ թվում՝ «Հոկտեմբերի 12-ը Ռումինիայում Հայոց լեզվի, այբուբենի և մշակույթի օր հռչակելու մասին» օրենքի ընդունումը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձ են կատարել տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությանը և կայունությանը վերաբերող հարցերի:
ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը Ռումինիայի Սենատի գործող նախագահին հանգամանալից ներկայացրել է Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության հաստատման հարցում առկա մարտահրավերները, Ադրբեջանի կողմից 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության չկատարման արդյունքում պահպանվող մարդասիրական խնդիրները, այդ թվում՝ հայ ռազմագերիների ապօրինի պատանդառությունը: Նախարար Միրզոյանն անդրադարձ է կատարել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնահարցի առանցքային խնդիրներին արդար լուծումներ գտնելու ուղղությամբ հայկական կողմի տեսլականին ու ջանքերին:
Անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակմանը՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանը շեշտել է Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի կողմից փետրվարի 22-ին կայացված որոշման կատարման, միջանցքի արգելափակման՝ առանց նախապայմանների վերացման, ԼՂ-ում Ադրբեջանի կողմից էթնիկ զտումների քաղաքականության կանխման հրամայականը:
