Հարությունյանը կարող էր ավելի անկեղծ լինել, հայտարարել, որ սխալվել է՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին պետնախարարի պաշտոնից հեռացնելով

Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը կրկին փորձել է ինքնահաստատվել նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հաշվին, դիֆերամբներ ձոնել նրան, սրտաճմլիկ մի տեքստ գրել, թե որքան զգացված է, որ նախկին պետնախարարը մնացել է Արցախում և շարունակում է իր առաքելությունը ակտիվ հանրային գործունեությամբ։
«Ծանր ժամանակաշրջանում ստանձնելով և իրականացնելով պետական նախարարի պարտականությունները, իսկ այնուհետև՝ մնալով Արցախում ու շարունակելով իր առաքելությունը հանրային գործունեությամբ՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ցույց է տալիս իր հատուկ վերաբերմունքը և նվիրումն Արցախին»,- նշել է Հարությունյանը և հավելել, թե առանձնահատուկ վերաբերմունք ունի Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի որդու՝ Դավիթի հանդեպ, ով տարիներ առաջ (նաև 2016թ. ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ) նախընտրել է իր ժամկետային զինծառայությունն անցկացնել Արցախում, իսկ 2020թ. պատերազմի ժամանակ էլ արձագանքել է իմ համահայկական կոչին և եկել Արցախ՝ օգտակար լինելով մեր պայքարին իր հնարավորության սահմաններում։
Հարությունյանը կարող էր ավելի անկեղծ լինել, հայտարարել, որ սխալվել է՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին պետնախարարի պաշտոնից հեռացնելով, Ադրբեջանի պահանջները կատարելով, իր կողմնակիցների ու յուրայինների միջոցով էլ նրա դեմ արշավ իրականացնելով։ Այդ արշավն, ի դեպ, շարունակվում է նաև այսօր, և դրան մասնակցում են նաև Արցախի գործող իշխանությունների տարատեսակ ներկայացուցիչներ։
Վարդանյանից հետո պետնախարարի պաշտոնում նշանակված Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանի անդորրն է խախտվել նախկին պետնախարարի հայտարարությունից։ Օրերս Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ցավալի իրողությունների մասին էր պատմել, որ «կտրոնները չեն աշխատում», «պաշտոնյաների հետ կապ ունեցող անձինք փող են աշխատում», «ստեղծված իրավիճակը օգտագործվում է մի քանի անձանց օգտին»: Հերքելով բոլոր այդ հայտարարությունները՝ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը քրգործ հարուցելու կոչեր է անում, հընթացս էլ փորձում իբր նախկին պետնախարարին մեղադրանքներ հասցեագրել։
«Պարենային ապրանքների գնաճի հետ կապված Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի այն պնդումները, որ «պաշտոնյաների հետ կապ ունեցող անձինք փող են աշխատում», «ստեղծված իրավիճակը օգտագործվում է մի քանի անձանց օգտին», երևույթներ են, որոնք առերևույթ վկայում են կոռուպցիոն բնույթ կրող արարքների գոյության մասին, որոնց վերաբերյալ պարոն Վարդանյանը երբեք չէր հայտարարի և պնդում չէր անի, եթե չունենար հիմնավոր փաստեր: Նման պարագայում համոզված եմ, որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը կա՛մ դրանք արդեն ներկայացրել է Արցախի Հանրապետության իրավապահ մարմիններին, կա՛մ կներկայացնի առաջիկա օրերին»,- գրել է Ներսիսյանը:
Դժվար թե նա չի գիտակցում, թե ինչ ռումբի էֆեկտ կարող է ունենալ բոլոր փաստերի բարձրաձայնումը։ Կամ փորձում է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ձեռքով իր հաշիվները մաքրել իշխանության այլ ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ, կամ էլ արցախյան հանրության մեջ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դեմ կրքեր է բորբոքում։
Ամեն դեպքում, նախկին պետնախարարի կողմից փաստերի հրապարակումը որևէ դրական արդյունք չի խոստանում Արցախի նախագահի, պետնախարարի և նրանց այլ սպասարկուների համար։
