«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
iz.ru-ն «Քաղաքագետը Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի սահմանին իրավիճակի վատթարացում է կանխատեսել» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի հետ սահմանին մի շարք բարձունքների ու տարածքների վերահսկողության տակ առնելը սպասելի իրավիճակ է, սակայն այժմ երկու կողմերի համար էլ ավելի դժվար կլինի փոխզիջում գտնելը։
Այդ մասին iz.ru-ին ասել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարությանն առընթեր ֆինանսական համալսարանի փորձագետ Դենիս Դենիսովը։ «Վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում նկատված միտումները ենթադրում էին, որ իրավիճակը հակամարտության գոտում դինամիկ է դառնալու։ Այդ առումով այս վերջին լուրը մի կողմից՝ բնական է, մյուս կողմից էլ՝ դժվար թե կարելի է դա դրական անվանել։ Սա հավասարակշռության փոփոխություն է, և, որպես հետևանք, կլինի բանակցային գործընթացի բարդացում։ Փոխզիջում գտնելն էլ ավելի դժվար կլինի»,- ասել է նա: Քաղաքագետի կարծիքով, այս իրավիճակը չի կարելի սովորական ու նորմալ համարել, քանի որ սա ստատուս քվոյի փոփոխություն է։
«Թեպետ պետք է ասել, որ ստատուս քվոն ստորագրել են և՛ ադրբեջանական, և՛ հայկական կողմերը։ Ադրբեջանը, համաձայն գոյություն ունեցող պայմանավորվածությունների, չպետք է իրեն այսպես պահեր: Բայց իրական քաղաքականության մեջ մի բան է՝ պետք է, մեկ այլ՝ օբյեկտիվ իրականությունը։ Ադրբեջանը հասկանում է, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում կարող է իրեն թույլ տալ նման գործողություններ»,- պարզաբանել է նա։ Դենիսովը հավելել է, որ իրավիճակը սրում է հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացը։ «Կտեսնենք, թե ինչպես կզարգանա իրավիճակը։ Իհարկե, դա ուղղակի կուլ չեն տա ո՛չ հայկական կողմը, ո՛չ նույնիսկ ռուսական կողմը»,- եզրափակել է «iz.ru»-ի զրուցակիցը։
