«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ամեն օր կարելի է հանդիպել հայտարարությունների, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը այս կամ այն մանիպուլ յատիվ, նույնիսկ անհեթեթ, վտանգավոր հայտարարությամբ, միջադեպերով, «ֆոտոսեսիաներով», «մասկի շոուներով», ինչպես երեկ՝ քպականների կողմից ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին սադրելով, «սակուրայով»-բանով հանրության ուշադրությունը շեղում է գլխավոր հարցերից, այդ թվում՝ Արցախի շրջափակումից, Արցախից ձեռքերը լվանալուց, թշնամու՝ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ առաջխաղացումներից և այլն: Այն, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած իշխանությունը նման մանիպուլ յատիվ ու, որպես կանոն, անազնիվ հնարքների դիմում է, ընդ որում՝ հաճախակի, քննարկման հարց չէ: Այդպես էլ կա:

Շատերը (այդ շատերի թվում, նշենք, որ մենք ևս) բազմիցս են նկատել ու արձանագրել նման հնարքների կիրառման, «տեսարաններ ստեղծելու» և դրանցով իսկապես էլ ուշադրություն շեղելու փաշինյանական գործելակերպի մասին: Բայց եկեք մի պահ դադար առնենք ու ինքներս մեզ հարց տանք. իսկ այդ ո՞ր հանրության մասին է խոսքը, որի ուշադրությունը շեղում են կարևոր, կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող, վտանգավոր իրողություններից և իրադարձություններից: Տեսեք, թշնամին, որ առանց այդ էլ թափանցել է հայկական տարածքներ, նախօրեին շարունակել է իր օկուպացիոն առաջխաղացումը: Դա փաստ է:

Այնքան անհերքելի, որ չեմուչումով անգամ Փաշինյանն ու նրան ներկայացնող իր ԱԱԾ-ն են ընդունել: Լավ, իսկ որտե՞ղ եք տեսնում այդ խայտառակ եղելության վրա կենտրոնացված «հանրության ուշադրություն», որ մի բան էլ՝ չարչարվում ու այդ ուշադրությունից նրան շեղում են տեղի ունեցածի համար գլխավոր պատասխանատու և մեղավոր իշխանությունները: Իրո՞ք, «հանրության ուշադրություն» կա՞: Ու ինչո՞վ է այն դրսևորվում: Մի՞թե հազարավոր վրդովված հայրենակիցներ շրջափակել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աշխատավայրը և նրանից հրաժարական են պահանջում:

Թե՞ հազարավոր մեկ այլ խումբ հայրենակիցներ ՊՆ-ի դարպասների մոտ «պատին են սեղմել» Փաշինյանի նախարարին ու նրանից պահանջում են շտկել իրավիճակը: Հապա էլ ո՞րն է «հանրության ուշադրությունը»: Առհասարակ, վայն եկել-տարել է այն հանրությանը, որի ուշադրությունը թշնամական ներխուժումից ու «սեփական իշխանության» անկարողության ինքնախոստովանությունից կարելի է շեղել ինչ-որ միջադեպով: Եթե, կրկնենք, այդ ուշադրությունն ընդհանրապես կա...
