«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Արցախում ապրանքների գնման համար նախատեսված կտրոնների հետ կապված հետաքրքիր վիճակ է ստեղծվել: Ի մասնավորի, մեր տեղեկություններով, գործադիրի ղեկավարի փոփոխությունից հետո բավական քաոսային վիճակ է այս առումով։
Ինչպես հայտնի է, շրջափակումից հետո առաջնային էր բնակչությանը սննդով ապահովելու հարցը, որի հստակեցման և կանոնակարգման նպատակով ներդրվեց սննդի ձեռքբերման կտրոնային համակարգ, որով մարդիկ կարողանում էին համակարգված կերպով սնունդ ձեռք բերել խանութներից։ Ի դեպ, կտրոնային այս համակարգը շատ հաջողությամբ էր ներդրվել և ողջունվել էր արցախցիների կողմից։ Ավելին, բավական հստակ աշխատում էր նաև գների զսպման համակարգը:
