VIDEOՏեղ-Աղավնո հատվածում հայկական ուժեր չկային, դա ռուսական խաղաղապահների վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող Լաչինի միջանցքի հատվածն է, որն սկսվում է ՀՀ սահմանից եւ գնում մինչեւ Ստեփանակերտ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 31-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց «Համախմբում» շարժման անդամ, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը:
«Ուրիշ բան է տեղի ունեցել, ռուսական խաղաղապակ կոնտինգենտը տեղաշարժվել է դեպի հարավ՝ Տեղից դեպի Կոռնիձոն եւ այդ հատվածում, եւ այդ հատվածը, որ իրենք բացել են, տեղակայվել են ադրբեջանական զինված ուժեր:
Երկրորդ, այդ ամենը տեղի է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի կողմից ակնհայտ սադրանքի պայմաններում: Դա պետք է տեղի ունենար ապրիլի 1-ին, տեղի է ունեցել մարտի 30-ին, դա տեղի է ունեցել պրոպագանդիստական աղմուկ-աղաղակի պայմաններում, որ հեսա իրենց տանկերը կմտնեն Ստեփանակերտ: Իրենք դա ներկայացրել են որպես իրենց հերթական նվաճում, երբ որեւէ հատուկ նվաճում չկա: Ցավալին այն է, որ քանի որ մեր վարչապետը տխրահռչակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է, եւ զինված ուժերն էլ իրեն են ենթարկվում, նրանք կնխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ չեն իրականացրել, որ երբ այդ հատվծում տեղակայվում են ադրբեջանական զինված ուժեր, նրանք տեղակայվեն այնտեղ, որտեղից ռուսներն են դուրս գալիս: Փոխարենը նրանք տեղակայվել են Հայաստանի Տեղ համայնքի տարածքում, Տեղի բնակիչների արտերում: Սա Փաշինյանի հերթական ձախողումներից մեկն է:
Նա եթերում եգիպտացորեն է ուտում, կակաչ է ցանում, աղբ է հավաքում, այդ ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ-ն բացարձակ անարգել մտնում է Տեղ համայնքի տարածք: Դիմացը չկան հայկական զինվորներ, սահմանապահներ, ոստիկաններ, որ ասեն՝ ո՞ւր եք գալիս, սա մեր տարածքն է»,-ասաց նա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է նրան, որ սահմանին ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումներին փոխարինելու են ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերը, Չալաբյանն ասաց, որ սահմանապահ զորքերը չեն կարող պաշտպանել սահմանը, նրանք սահմանի պահպանություն կարող են միայն իրականացնել, այն էլ այն դեպքում, երբ սահմանազատում է արված եւ դիմացի կողմի հետ կան սդիվանագիտական ու պայմանագրային հարաբերություններ, որոնք բացառում են փոխադարձ սադրանքները. «Թշնամու առաջ կանգնեցնելով սահմանապահ ուժեր, որոնք շատ թեթեւ են զինված, դուք դրանով էստի համեցեք եք անում: Ասում եք մենք ձեզ հնարավորություն ենք տալիս հետագա ներխուժումների: Առաջ ադրբեջանցիները Տեղ գյուղի ներքեւում էին, հիմա բարձրացել են վերեւ, սա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հերթական գարնանային «նվերն» է հայ ժողովրդին»,-ընդգծեց Չալաբյանը:
