Ֆրանսիական Օվերն-Հռենոս-Ալպեր շրջանի ղեկավար Լորան Վոքեն վկայում է. Ադրբեջանն օկուպացրել է Հայաստանի տարածքը։ Այս մասին նա հայտարարել է Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Ղազարյանի հետ Երեւանում մարտի 31-ին կայացած համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսում։
Լորեն Վոքեի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն այցելել է Սյունիքի մարզ եւ Լաչինի միջանցքի սկզբնամաս։
«Ես Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի բարեկամն եմ երկար տարիներ։ Խորապես ցնցված եմ նրանով, ինչ տեղի է ունենում։ 2019թ. հանդիպել ենք Արցախի ներկայացուցիչների հետ եւ ստորագրել համագործակցության համաձայնագիր։ Իմ շրջանում որդեգրվել է քաղաքական դիրքորոշում՝ Արցախի անկախության իրավունքի հաստատման համար։ Դրա պատճառով իմ եւ ընտանիքիս վրա պանթյուրքական կազմակերպությունները փորձել են ճնշում գործադրել։ Միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացած է Ուկրաինայի վրա, եւ վտանգ կա, որ Հայաստանն ու Արցախը կմոռացվեն։ Ես այստեղ եմ, որպեսզի ասեմ, որ մենք ձեզ չենք մոռանում, դուք մենակ չեք, եւ իրավունքների խախտումներ Հայաստանում, Արցախում եւ Լաչինի միջանցքում չպետք է լինեն»,- ընդգծել է ֆրանսիացի քաղաքական գործիչը։
Նա նշել է, որ երկու օր առաջ այցելել է Լաչինի միջանցքի սկզբնամաս։ «Իմ հայրենակիցները պետք է իմանան, որ 120 հազար մարդու իրավունքները ոտնահարվում են, նրանք զրկված են տարրական պահանջմունքները բավարարելու հնարավորությունից։ Ես Սյունիքի մարզպետի կողքին էի, երբ նրան տեղեկացրին, որ այնտեղ, ուր մենք էինք, Ադրբեջանն առաջ է գնացել։ Ես տեսել եմ եւ կարող եմ վկայել իրավունքների խախտման մասին։ Ինչպես եւ տեսել եմ ադրբեջանական դրոշներ հայկական տարածքի բարձունքներում։ Զրուցել եմ Արցախից տեղահանվածների հետ, նրանց խոսքերը հուզում են մինչեւ հոգուս խորքը։ Մեր եւ իմ՝ որպես քաղաքական գործչի պարտականությունն է՝ օգնության գալ ձեզ»,- ասել է Վոքեն։
