Ալվինա Աղաբաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
2022 թ․-ի օգոստոսի 25-ին Բերձորի, Աղավնոյի և Սուսի հանձնումով և Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների միջև պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն՝ 2022 թվականի օգոստոս-սեպտեմբերին փոխվեց և Ադրբեջանին հանձնվեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն Արցախի Հանրապետությանը կապող Գորիս-Տեղ-Բերձոր-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհի այն հատվածը, որն անցնում էր օկուպացված Քաշաթաղի շրջանի Բերձոր շրջկենտրոնով և Աղավնո գյուղով (նկարում՝ ճանապարհի մանուշակագույն հատվածն է՝ նարնջագույն կետից մինչև մոխրագույն կետը):
Ըստ պայմանավորվածությունների՝ Գորիս-Ստեփանակերտ նոր ճանապարհն այնուհետ պետք է անցներ Մեծ Շեն-Հին Շեն հատվածով (նկարում նշված է դեղինով) և ՀՀ տարածքում ոչ թե Տեղ գյուղով, այլ Կոռնիձորով (նկարում նշված է կարմիրով)։
Սակայն պարզվեց, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները ճանապարհի այդ հատվածը չէին կառուցել։
Ռուսական կողմի միջնորդությամբ Ադրբեջանը մինչև 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ը ժամանակ տվեց Հայաստանին՝ կառուցելու համար ճանապարհը։ Մինչ այդ Գորիս-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհը պիտի անցներ Տեղ-Կոռնիձորի կամուրջ հատվածով (նկարում նշված է կապույտով՝ Տեղ գյուղից մինչև կանաչ կետը) և արդեն նոր ճանապարհով հասնելով Մեծ Շեն։
Չսպասելով ապրիլի 1-ին՝ այսօր ադրբեջանական զինուժն առաջ է եկել, վերցրել Տեղ-Կոռնիձորի կամուրջ ճանապարհի՝ օկուպացված Քաշաթաղի շրջանի տարածքում գտնվող հատվածը (նկարում ճանապարհի սևով եզրագծված կապույտ հատված է՝ նարնջագույն կետից մինչև կանաչ կետը) և ավելին՝ ներխուժել է Տեղ գյուղի վարչական տարածք՝ խորանալով 100-300 մետր, որոշ տեղեկություններով՝ մոտ 1 կիլոմետր։
