ԳԴՀ Բունդեսթագի նախագահին ներկայացրի Ադրբեջանի կողմից էթնիկ զտման քաղաքականության իրականացման փորձերը

Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետություն աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության կազմում մարտի 28-ին հանդիպեցինք ԳԴՀ Բունդեսթագի նախագահ Բերբել Բասին:
Տիկին Բերբել Բասին ներկայացրի Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության լիակատար շրջափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը, Ադրբեջանի կողմից էթնիկ զտման քաղաքականության իրականացման փորձերն ու միջազգային իրավակարգի կոպտագույն խախտումները, որոնց վառ ապացույցներից մեկն էլ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի որոշման անտեսումն է։

Այս համատեքստում խոսեցի Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի մասին, որի ճանաչումը միջազգային հանրության կողմից օրվա հրամայականն է։

Նկարագրեցի, թե ինչպես «բնապահպանական ակտիվիստների» անվան տակ փակվեց Բերձորի միջանցը, սակայն Արցախի իշխանության կողմից Կաշենի հանքավայրի գործարկման կասեցումից հետո էլ ճանապարհը չի բացվում: Այժմ Ադրբեջանը պատճառաբանում է, թե հայերը զենք են տեղափոխում Արցախ, պետք է սքաներ տեղադրվի:
Բունդեսթագի նախագահին փոխանցեցի Արցախի Հանրապետության պետնախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանի ուղերձը՝ իբրև Արցախի կառավարության տեսակետ, որ Արցախը պատրաստ է չեզոքացնել ադրբեջանական կեղծ մտահոգություններն առ այն, որ իբր Հայաստանից զենք է տեղափոխվում Արցախ, որի ստահոդ լինելը կարող էր բացահայտել ռուս խաղաղապահների կողմից առաջարկված՝ բեռնատարների համար սքաներ սարքի տեղադրումը Գորիսից Արցախ եկող ճանապարհին, սակայն Ադրբեջանը դրան ևս համաձայն չէ։ Արցախի կյանքի ճանապարհը շարունակում է մնալ փակ, որովհետև այդ կերպ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է ապահովել իր հիմնական նպատակները՝ ճնշումներով, բռնություն գործադրելով կամ դրա սպառնալիքով Արցախի բնակչության հպատակեցումը: Պետնախարարը նշել էր, որ նույնիսկ պատրաստ էին այդպիսի կառուցողական քայլերի, թեև 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ միջանցքի նկատմամբ ողջ վերահսկողության գործառույթը ստանձնել էին ռուս խաղաղապահները և նրանց չվստահելու որևէ պատճառ չկար:

Ներկայացրի հետպատերազմյան Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում անվտանգային խնդիրներն ու ՀՀ սահմաններում առկա լարված իրավիճակը, մարդու ամենասուրբ՝ կյանքի, ապրելու իրավունքի իրացմանը խոչընդոտող խնդիրները: Հիշատակեցի ՀՀ պետական սահմանին, ինչպես նաև Արցախում իրենց ծառայությունն իրականացնելու ընթացքում թշնամու կրակոցներից զոհված զինծառայողների մասին։

Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարությանը՝ մատնանշեցի առկա խնդիրներն ու մարտահրավերները։
