Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի Հռոմի կանոնադրության սահմանադրականության վերաբերյալ որոշումը, թերևս, լուրջ հետևանքներ արդեն իսկ սկսել է տալ։

Ռուսական իշխանությունները ՄՔԴ-ին միանալուն ուղղված այդ որոշումը գնահատել են որպես Վլադիմիր Պուտինին ուղղված անձնական վիրավորանք՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով։ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն նախօրեին խստորեն զգուշացրել էր, որ նման քայլը ծանր հետևանքներ կունենա։ Չեն բացառվում թե՛ քաղաքական, և թե՛ տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ Հայաստանի դեմ։

Ըստ ամենայնի, հենց դրան է ուղղված «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորի» երեկվա նախազգուշացումը։ Պետական կառույցը հայտնել է, թե կքննարկի Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան կաթնամթերքի ներմուծման սահմանափակումներ սահմանելու հարցը՝ կապված հայկական կողմի վատ վերահսկողության և սահմանափակող միջոցների խախտման հետ։

Հաղորդվում է, որ հայկական կողմից ստացված տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ Հայաստանի կաթ վերամշակող ձեռնարկություններն օգտագործում են Իրանի ձեռնարկությունների կողմից արտադրված հումք, ինչի նկատմամբ «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը» սահմանափակող միջոցներ է կիրառում։

Ռուսաստանն ընդհանրապես հաճախ է այդ գործիքն օգտագործում տարբեր երկրների վրա տարատեսակ ճնշումներ բանեցնելու։ Վրաստանից, հիշեցնենք, տարիներ շարունակ հենց նույն «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորի» որոշմամբ արգելված էր գինու ներմուծումը ՌԴ։

ՀՀ Սննդի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը պատասխանել է, թե իր ստուգումներով մարդու կյանքին և առողջությանը սպառնացող որևէ խնդիր չի հայտնաբերվել։ Սակայն հասկանալի է, որ խնդիրը բնավ էլ առողջապահական չէ, իսկ իրանական հումքով պատարստված թթվասերը պարզապես քաղաքական գործիք է դառնում։

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն երեկ մեկ այլ նախազգուշացում էլ արել ՀԱՊԿ-ի վերաբերյալ։ Փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինի խոսքով, Մոսկվան ակնկալում է, որ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության մյուս անդամների հետ Երևանի փոխգործակցության բնույթի վերաբերյալ «վնասակար քննարկումները» կդադարեն։
